| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Mailuoyin in the treatment of postoperative complications of varicose veins of lower extremity of humid-heat and stasis type, accumulate experience in the treatment of postoperative varicose veins of lower extremity, highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,so as to promote the recovery of patients, relieve the pain of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients. Methods:A total of 70 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to The Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled. After basic treatment and surgical treatment, the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.35 patients in the postoperative treatment group received oral Mailuoyin and conventional treatment.Thirty-five patients in the control group received routine treatment. The pain, swelling and subcutaneous ecchymosis in each group were observed 10 h after surgery and on the 3rd,7th and 12 th day after medication.CIVIQ scores were recorded before and after administration, and the clinical efficacy of Mailuoyin in the treatment of postoperative complications of varicose veins of lower extremity with humid-heat and stasis type was analyzed. Results: A total of 70 cases were studied in this project. There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease, number of left and right limbs and CEAP grade between the two groups(P > 0.05).The results and analysis are as follows:(1)In terms of postoperative pain, the pain scores of the two groups 10 h after surgery and the 12 th day after medication were compared,P > 0.05,indicating that there was no statistical significance between the two groups.Comparison of pain scores between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after medication showed that P < 0.05,indicating a statistically significant difference, indicating that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving pain after the 3rd and 7th day of medication.(2)In terms of postoperative swelling, the incidence of swelling on the 3rd and 7th day of medication was compared between the two groups,P > 0.05,indicating no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Comparison of the incidence of swelling on the12 th day of medication between the two groups,P < 0.05,indicated that the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving the swelling after the 12 th day of medication.(3)In terms of postoperative subcutaneous ecchymosis, the incidence of subcutaneous ecchymosis was compared between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day of medication,P >0.05,indicating no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Comparison of the incidence of subcutaneous ecchymosis between the two groups on the 12 th day after medication,P < 0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving subcutaneous ecchymosis after the 12 th day of medication.(4)In terms of postoperative CIVIQ score, the CIVIQ score of the observation group after medication was significantly higher than that before medication, and was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that Mailuoyin can improve the quality of life of patients.(5)In terms of overall efficacy, the two groups of patients were tested by rank sum test,Z=-2.324,P=0.020<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Mailuoyin has certain advantages in improving postoperative pain, swelling, and subcutaneous ecchymosis of varicose veins of lower extremity of humid-heat and stasis type.It can promote postoperative recovery, improve the quality of life, and has a clear effect. In the whole treatment process, there are no adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice. |
