| Research Purpose:(1)Describe the status quo of fear of disease progression, social support, level of hope, mental flexibility, and disease perception in patients after colorectal cancer surgery.(2)Analyze the relationship between fear of disease progression and social support, hope level, mental flexibility, and disease perception in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.(3)To explore the influencing factors of patients’fear of disease after colorectal cancer surgery, and to provide a reference strategy for clinically effective reduction of patients’fear of disease progression.Research Methods:(1)This study is a cross-sectional survey, and it is convenient to select 203 patients who were diagnosed with colorectal cancer in the anorectal surgery department of a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province from November 2019 to November 2020 as the object of this study.Distribute the self-designed general information questionnaire, the Simple Social Support Scale(PSSS),Herth Hope Level Index(HHI),and the Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)before the operation.1 week to distribute the Fear of Disease Progress Questionnaire(FOP-Q-SF),Simple Disease Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),and Disease Related Questionnaires.(2)Use SPSS24.0 statistical software for data analysis, use Cronbach’sαto analyze the reliability of the questionnaire, use mean±standard deviation, number of cases, percentage statistical description, and use independent sample T test or one-way analysis of variance to compare general data and disease-related,Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the fear of disease progression and the dimensions of social support, hope level, psychological resilience, and disease perception in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery, and multiple linear regression to analyze the fear of disease progression.Influencing factors.P<0.05 or P<0.01 has statistical significance.Research Results:(1)A total of 210 questionnaires were distributed,210 were recovered,203 valid questionnaires were returned, the recovery rate was 100%,and the effective rate was 96.67%.Invalid questionnaires were missing or missing items.(2)The total score of fear of disease progression of patients with colorectal cancer after surgery in this survey is averagely(34.59±5.91)points,the average physical health dimension is(19.98±3.71)points,and the social family dimension is averagely(14.62±2.85)points.Among them,118 people accounted for 58.1%of patients with fear of disease progression and psychological disorders. The average score of patients with psychological disorders was(38.69±3.71)points.Among them, the top three item scores are item 9“Worry about some major treatment in the course of the disease”,the average score is(3.97±0.88);item 1“Worry about the disease will progress”,the average score is(3.90±0.80)Points;item 2“I felt nervous before the doctor’s examination and some regular physical examinations”,the average score is(3.81±0.95)points.(3)Univariate analysis showed that patients’age, place of residence, occupational status, history of surgery, tumor grade, stoma, type of surgery, postoperative pain score, and length of stay in hospital have differences in the scores of fear of disease progression.Statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Pearson correlation analysis shows that the total score of fear disease progression and the correlation coefficients of each scale dimension are as follows(P<0.01):in-family(r=-0.452)and outside-family dimensions(r=-0.672)who perceive social support, and hope level Positive attitude(r=-0.776),behavior(r=-0.576),relationship(r=-0.708)dimensions,mental resilience(r=-0.779),self-improvement(r=-0.719),optimism(r=-0.623)dimension,the negative emotion of disease perception(r=0.604)cognitive dimension(r=0.734).(5)Based on univariate analysis and correlation analysis, the variables with significant differences are included in the multiple linear regression equation. The regression equation Y(total score for fear of disease progression)=38.931+1.087*postoperative pain score-0.107*out-of-home support dimension Score-0.333*Positive Attitude Dimension Score-0.202*Toughness Dimension Score-0.222*Self-strength Dimension Score+0.450*Negative Emotion Score+0.315*Cognitive Dimension Score.Adjusting the R~2square to 0.824,the regression equation can explain 82.4%of the variation of the dependent variable.Research Conclusion:(1)The fear of disease progression in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery is at a moderate to severe level, and medical staff need to assess and take intervention measures to maintain the mental health of patients in a timely manner.(2)Different age, place of residence, occupational status, history of surgery, tumor grade, stoma, type of surgery, postoperative pain score, length of hospital stay affect the level of fear of disease progression in patients after colorectal cancer surgery.(3)Fear of disease progression is negatively correlated with the internal and external dimensions of social support, the positive attitude, behavior, and relationship dimensions of the hope level, and the mental resilience,self-improvement,and optimism dimensions, which are negatively correlated with the negative emotions and cognitive dimensions of disease perception It is positively correlated.(4)The degree of postoperative pain, the extra-family dimension of social support, the positive attitude dimension of hope level, the tenacity of mental flexibility, the dimension of self-strength,the negative emotion of disease perception, and the cognitive dimension are all factors of the fear of disease progression in patients after colorectal cancer surgery.Independent influencing factors. |
