Study On The Influencing Factors Of Adults Iron Deficiency Anemia

Objective:Iron is one of the body’s needs to maintain the normal operation of organs and tissues.Iron deficiency in the body can lead to anemia.In addition to the clinical symptoms of anemia itself,the cause of iron deficiency in patients can also make the disease worse,affect the quality of life and prognosis.While there are many etiologies associated with ischemic anemia,some of them are definite,but the relationship between some etiologies or influencing factors is not clear,and there is little research on the relationship between iron deficiency anemia and social factors,there were no reports from the southern Chongqing(YU NAN)region.To determine whether social factors,physical disease factors,management factors,and specific populations contribute to iron deficiency anemia or are related,it is hoped that it can influence people’s behavior,provide reference for doctors’ clinical diagnosis and treatment,and provide basis for government to make health policy or preventive management measures.Methods:Through literature search,data collection and reading,screening and progress of reports on various factors or causes that may be related to iron deficiency anemia,and summarizing and analyzing the exploration and practice of risk factors for adult iron deficiency anemia;The influencing factors of the disease were studied and the qualitative and systematic evaluation was made for the literature materials that accord with the qualitative analysis;A questionnaire survey on the social factors of iron deficiency anemia was conducted in 500 patients from the case group and 500 patients from the control group in four large hospitals in the south of Chongqing,a univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to verify the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia through laboratory results,and then to summarize the analysis for adults in the iron deficiency anemia and social factors associated with or interacting with each other.Results: On the relationship between the occurrence of adult iron deficiency anemia and social factors such as age,sex,educational level,marital status,family situation,economic situation,working situation,smoking,drinking,diet and Gastrointestinal Diseases,gynecological diseases,immune disorders,mineral deficiencies,genetic disorder,chronic diseases,anemia,kidney disease,heart disease,endocrine disease,respiratory disease,solid tumors,malignant anemia and other physical disease factors,it is related to the management defects in perioperative period and emergency department,and to the special population such as pregnant women,old people,recruits,obese people and athletes;The study on the influencing factors of the disease and the results of qualitative system evaluation suggest that age,sex and education level are the promoting factors in the social demography factors,among the family factors,the family living conditions,the family economic situation are the promotion factors,the family support is the hindrance factor(the family members care and support is less morbidity),the unreasonable Diet promotion factor in the personal life style,gastrointestinal Diseases,inflammation,blood loss and cancer are the promoting factors among the disease factors,perioperative management is the promoting factor among the management factors,and women and the elderly among the special population are the promoting factors,the evidence level of the above-mentioned relevant promotion factors is intermediate;Based on the investigation of the social factors in the south of Chongqing,the results of multi-factor analysis showed that smoking,tense work and irregular working hours were the independent risk factors of IDA,and reasonable diet was the main risk factor for IDA,higher education level and family size of more than 3 persons were independent protective factors of IDA.Conclusions:The study analyses and summarizes the exploration and practice of factors related to iron deficiency anemia,and conducts qualitative systematic evaluation and investigation.Theoretical research has enriched the connotation of the causes or influencing factors related to iron deficiency anemia,and explored the Association of Social Factors,physical disease factors,medical management factors and special population with the occurrence of iron deficiency anemia;Qualitative systematic evaluation is to evaluate some influencing factors from the angle of professional analysis,and to validate the influencing factors of smoking,work,diet,education level and family size.The combination of these factors provides a comprehensive summary and validation of the relationship between risk factors and iron deficiency anemia.
