Objective:To analyze the relationship between the age,the duration of intravesical perfusion, the initial bladder capacity, the frequency of intravesical perfusion, whether or not to perform bladder hydrodilation and the degree of symptom relief, and to predict the efficacy of quadruple drug perfusion for patients with Interstitial Cystitis. Methods:A total of 46 patients with interstitial cystitis who had been treated in our hospital between 2010 and 2019 were screened. The above subjects were grouped using the PUF score scale,O’Leary-Sant questionnaire, and telephone follow-up:(1)No obvious change in symptoms(2)Slight relief of symptoms(3)Significant relief of symptoms.Collect the history information of each patient’s age, duration of intravesical perfusion, initial bladder capacity, frequency of intravesical perfusion, whether or not to perform bladder hydrodilation.Variance analysisand Nonparametric tests Kruskal-Wallis test were performed, and post hoc comparisons were performed;then orderly multi-class logistic regression was used to analyze history factors related to different symptom relief. Results : The non-parametric test results showed that there were significant differences in symptom relief groups in three factors: duration of intravesical perfusion, initial bladder capacity, and whether or not to perform bladder hydrodilation.Ordered multi-class logistic regression analysis showed that the initial bladder volume below 50 ml was one of the factors that significantly affected(P<0.05)the symptom relief; The duration of intravesical perfusion was positively correlated with the degree of symptom relief, and the duration between six months and one year significantly affected the degree of symptom relief(P <0.05).Conclusion:The degree of symptom relief in patients with interstitial cystitis after bladder infusion of the quadruple drug is affected by three factors: the duration of intravesical perfusion, the initial bladder capacity, and whether or not to perform bladder hydrodilation.Too small initial bladder capacity(<50ml)indicates that the effect of intravesical perfusion is not good.Continued intravesical perfusion after bladder hydrodilation can improve the degree of symptom relief, and the duration should last for at least six months, which can get better treatment effect.
