Clinical Observation Of Yanghe Decoction Combined With Gefitinib For Lung Adenocarcinoma Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yanghe Decoction in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma of Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency in terms of tumor size,tumor markers,TCM symptom score,KPS,adverse reactions and safety.Provide clinical basis for the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods: 56 eligible patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma were randomly divided into therapy group 28 cases and control group 28 cases.The gefitinib in the control group was taken orally,and the therapy group took the same method as the control group.After two cycles of experiments,the changes in tumor size,tumor markers,TCM syndrome scores,KPS,adverse reactions,and safety were observed and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:1 Tumor changesCompared with the control group,the objective remission rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)of the therapy group were better than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2 Tumor markersCompared with before treatment,the CEA and CA125 values of the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P <0.05);Compared with the control group,the treatment group CEA level treatment is better than the control group after treatment(P> 0.05).3 Symptomatic effectCompared with before treatment,both groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the TCM clinical syndrome score of the treatment group after treatment was better than the control group(P <0.05);Compared with the group,the symptom improvement rate(85.71%)of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(46.42%)(P <0.01).4 Karnofsky scoreCompared with before treatment,the two groups were better than before treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05);the KPS score of the treatment group was effective after treatment(89.28 %)Is significantly better than the control group(50.00%)(P <0.01).5 Adverse reactionsCompared with before treatment,the incidence of rash in the treatment group was21.4% lower than that in the control group 50.0%(P <0.05);compared with before treatment,the incidence of diarrhea in the treatment group was 35.7% lower than that in the control group 60.7%(P <0.05).6 SecurityThere were no obvious abnormal changes in Hb,PLT,liver and kidney functions after treatment in both groups(P> 0.05),but the treatment group was superior to the control group in WBC after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion:Yanghe decoction can reduce the tumor body,reduce adverse reactions of rash and diarrhea caused by gefitinib,improve the safety of gefitinib in WBC,improve the KPS of patients,improve the quality of life,and relieve clinical symptoms of patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.
