Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Bladder Detrusor Contractile Function Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Based On The Theory Of Zhengxu Shengji

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Huaji Longbi Decoction in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with detrusor underactivity based on the theory of Zhengxu Shengji.And to provide the theory of Zhengxu Shengji with clinical data support.Methods:68 patients with BPH with detrusor underactivity who met the inclusion criteria were collected.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with random number table method,34 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Tamsolosin Hydrochloride Capsules,the control group was treated with Fuzheng Huaji Longbi Decoction and Tamsolosin Hydrochloride Capsules,Continuous treatment for 8 weeks is one course of treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome score,international prostate symptom score(I-PSS),quality of life score(QOL)maximum urine flow rate(MFR),residual urine volume(RUV)and bladder detrusor contraction strength before and after treatment in the two groups were compared and the adverse reactions were counted when a session is over.Results:(1)In the treatment group,13 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,and 5 cases were ineffective;in the control group,3 cases were markedly effective,16cases were effective,and 14 cases were ineffective,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(Z=-3.173,P<0.05).The treatment group was superior over the control group in total effective rate(84.38%vs.57.58%),with statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ~2=5.640,P<0.05).The total effective rate and clinical effect of the treatment group are better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients decreased compared with that before treatment.Compared with that before treatment,P<0.05was found in both groups.Compared with that before treatment,t=4.079,P<0.05 was found in the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)The I-PSS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.Compared with the two groups before treatment,P<0.05 was found in both groups.Compared with the two groups after treatment,t=2.695,P<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)After treatment,the QOL score of the two groups of patients was lower than that before treatment.Compared with that before treatment,both groups showed P<0.05,while t=4.347,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)After treatment,MFR of patients in the two groups increased compared with that before treatment.Compared with that before treatment,both groups showed P<0.05.Compared with that before treatment,t=-3.352,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.(6)After treatment,RUV of patients in the two groups reduced compared with that before treatment.Compared with that before treatment,both groups showed P<0.05.Compared with that before treatment,t=3.87,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.(7)In the two groups after treatment in patients with detrusor contraction force to improve the degree of comparison,the treatment group 32 cases of patients,improveⅢlevel 5 cases,improveⅡgrade 12 cases,improveⅠlevel in 11 cases,4 cases were no better;Control group 33 cases of patients,improveⅢlevel in 2 cases,improveⅡlevel 5 cases,improveⅠlevel 13 cases,there is no improvement in 13;(Z=-2.946,P<0.05).(8)No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion:Fuzheng Huaji Longbi Decoction which formulated under the guidance of the theory of Zhengxu Shengji can improve the bladder detrusor contractility of BPH patients,reduce i-pss and QOL scores,improve MFR and reduce RUV.And it was found to be no adverse reactions.
