| Objective:In order to evaluate the clinical effects of Yishen Qingjie Jianpi recipe,we observe the effects of this recipe on semen parameters and pregnancy rates of idiopathic asthenospermia infertility patients before and after the treatment,through a randomized、controlled study.Also,to explore the mechanism of this prescription,we study it’s effects on sperm DNA fragments rate(DFI)and sperm mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP).Methods:The 154 patients included in this study were outpatients who attended the department of reproductive and Andrology of Henan Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to September2019 for the first time.They were divided into a treatment group and control group according to the random number table.77 people in treatment group were treated with Yishen Qingjie Jianpi Formula;77 people in the control group were treated with Levo Caminitine oral solution.12 weeks is a course of treatment,and the two groups received one course of treatment.The observation indexes before and after treatment,the medical reaction during the treatment,occurrence of any adverse events,and the pregnancy status of their spouses within 1 week after treatment were recorded and analyzed statisticallyResult:(1)In the treatment group,there were 3 cases of abscisioni,and the remaining 74 cases,including 4 cases of clinical cure,26 cases of obvious effect,31 cases of effective,13 cases of ineffective;In the control group,5cases fell out and were removed,leaving 72 cases,including 2 cases of clinical cure,17 cases of obvious effect,23 cases of effective,and 30 cases of ineffective.Statistical comparison:Z=-2.893,P=0.004<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)The total effective rate was 82.43%in the treatment group and 58.33%in the control group.χ2 test showed thatχ~2=10.200,p=0.001<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)After treatment,the PR,PR+NP,DFI and MMP of patients in the two groups were improved.Compared with the two groups before treatment,p<0.05;compared with the two groups after treatment,p<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)The semen volume and sperm concentration of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,P>0.05,no significant change in semen volume and sperm concentration,after treatment,P>0.05,no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.(5)The correlation between MMP and PR and PR+NP before treatment:MMP was positively correlated with PR,r=0.962,p=0.000<0.05,and MMP was positively correlated with PR+NP,r=0.969,p=0.000<0.05.(6)By Regression analysis,the changes of PR,PR+NP before and after treatment were positively correlated with the changes of MMP,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(7)During the treatment all of the patients did not appear any adverse reactions,the use of drugs on the electrocardiogram and liver,kidney and other aspects has no impact.Conclusion:Yishen Qingjie Jianpi decoction has significant clinical efficacy and high safety in treating idiopathic asthenospermia infertility,and it’s mechanism cloud be through decreasing the fragmentation index of sperm DNA,increasing the mitochondrial membrane potential and improving the function of Sperm mitochondria,therefore,improving the sperm motility and pregnancy rate. |
