Mobile medical APP has emerged in recent years, and it has formed a certain relationship with the hospital’s medical service.People gradually began to get rid of the inefficient treatment mode in the past, and the medical experience has also been improved. However, the current research in this field pays too much attention to the functional building and neglects the details of the control and the user’s psychological experience. It does not solve many problems in the user’s visiting behavior, and the bad experience in the treatment is still widespread. With this as the research background, the author studies and deepens the goal-oriented theory, makes compensatory research on the user’s lack of treatment ability, builds user goals based on behavioral prediction and psychological needs, and draws the interface design of the hospital-assisted auxiliary system. In the middle, planning the treatment route, avoiding the obstacles to the treatment, the interactive design method of supplementing the medical information and the corresponding visual design method.(1)This topic firstly deeply understands and analyzes the behavior-assisted goal-oriented theory and its research status, and combines the characteristics of the current visit-assisted APP products on the market: in the goal-oriented user analysis, the analysis focuses on the lack of user behavior and corresponding Psychology, the compensation for insufficient capacity is taken as the user’s demand, and then a higher level user experience is realized from the capability compensation method.(2)Questioning users through questionnaires and interviews, classifying users according to the level of lack of health, and dividing users into basic external health loss, lack of physical health loss, deep external health loss, deep internal physical health loss, psychological These five categories of health are missing, and joined the special category of visiting escorts.Get the user’s help psychology. The typical user’s medical help-seeking situation is constructed, and the medical assistance needs aiming at personal ability compensation are obtained, and the necessity of the medical assistance system generated by such demand is obtained.(3)Proposed: based on the combined feedback mode of disease and psychology, targeted and staged visual performance, interactive mode based on pre-diagnosis strategies, providing instructions for follow-up professional treatment and guaranteeing the interface design elements of the four treatment assistant systems, and then based on the environment and The balance of needs has made the user’s visit assistance experience analysis and determined the interface design tasks.(4)Analyzed the interaction between the visiting user and the auxiliary system interface, and summarized the interactive design elements from the visiting psychology to the rationalization of the interaction behavior, the interactive channel selection based on the physiological characteristics, and the appropriate interactive feedback. The interface interaction model was constructed, and the interaction mode of the treatment route planning, the treatment obstacle avoidance, and the medical information supplement was obtained. Finally, the visual design method of the medical assistant system interface based on the physiological and psychological scales of color semantic application, the graphical representation of information with understanding obstacles and the diagnosis feedback visualization are obtained.(5)Taking the status quo of the secondary hospital’s medical service as the actual design background, the design goal of the visiting assistant system interface was constructed, and the information structure, interface prototype and final visual effect of the interface were designed.
