Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are the main form of medicine used in clinical practice of Chinese medicine and production of Chinese patent medicine.Its quality directly determines the stability of clinical efficacy and the healthy development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.Carry out research on grade evaluation of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,formulate scientific grade standards suitable for the current production and trading of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and play a positive role in regulating market behavior,guiding high-quality prices,and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical medicine.Purpose: With the decrease of wild resources of traditional Chinese medicine and changes in planting methods and main producing areas,traditional Chinese medicine has undergone major changes in morphological characteristics and quality,In addition to the diversification of processing methods,The old method of evaluating decoction pieces has gradually lost its authority and reliability.In this study,according to the type of sliced pieces,we selected vertical pieces of Saposhnikovia divaricate,Angelica dahurica,Lindera aggregata,oblique pieces of Cinnamomi Ramulus,Caulis Sinomenii,longitudinal cut pieces of Heishun Pian,Baifu pian,Irregular pieces Iris tectorum Maxim,Polygonum cuspidatum,Vladimiriae,Bar pieces Citrus reticulata Blanco silk;In the prototype slices,select the Prunus mume,Viticis Fructus,and other Four petal ilex macropoda;select the Menthae Haplocalycis in the shapeless slices.For the first time,the Chinese medicine quality constant evaluation method was used to conduct a grade evaluation study on these 15 kinds of Chinese medicine decoction pieces and formulate grade evaluation standards for decoction pieces.And based on the idea and connotation of the quality constant evaluation method,Establish a suitable quality constant formula for Cinnamomi Ramulus,And taking the poisonous decoction pieces Heishun Pian and Baifu Pian as examples to explore the personalized evaluation scheme of poisonous decoction pieces.Method: Based on the Chinese medicine quality constant evaluation method,Firstly,the representative morphological indicators based on the grade division in traditional evaluation of decoction pieces and the medicinal efficacy indicators based on modern quality control were screened.The two were organically combined and established an applicable quality constant formula with reference to the decoction shape and cutting method.Then,multiple batches of 15 kinds of collected samples were measured for morphological indicators and intrinsic indicators,and the quality of the pieces was evaluated by calculating the mass constant or relative mass constant.Finally,the collected pieces were classified according to the Chinese medicine quality constant classification criteria.To establish quality standards.Results:Based on the connotation of the Chinese medicine quality constant grade evaluation method,the formula of the quality constant of Cinnamomi Ramulus decoction pieces is established as:;The relative quality constant formula of the aonite Pieces is : The 15 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine samples were graded and graded quality standards were established.The qualified products are as follows.Conclusion: The research on the grade evaluation of 15 kinds of decoction pieces under the quality constant mode of Chinese medicine shows that:The grading results of the 8 decoction pieces of Angelica dahurica,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Iris tectorum Maxim,Four petal ilex macropoda,Citrus reticulata Blanco silk,Prunus mume,Viticis Fructus,and Menthae Haplocalycis are consistent with traditional experience and consistent with modern chemical analysis concepts.At the same time,it is suggested that there is a certain correlation between the shape of the decoction pieces and the index components.The classification results of Saposhnikovia divaricate,Vladimiriae,Lindera aggregata,and Polygonum cuspidatum showed that the morphology of the decoction pieces was the dominant factor in its classification.The key to the classification of Caulis Sinomenii,Heishun tablet and Baifu tablet is the content of chemical index components.The traditional Chinese medicine quality constant evaluation method is a comprehensive evaluation method,The evaluation result is the result of the comprehensive effect of each index,Ability to scientifically,comprehensively and objectively evaluate decoction pieces.It is hoped that the grading standards of the 15 kinds of Chinese medicine decoction pieces established by this research institute can provide new ideas and new references for the classification of their product specifications.
