| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Tuihuang Decoction in the treatment of infantile cholestatic hepatopathy,and to provide a basis for clinical application.Method:Sixty children with infantile cholestatic hepatopathy were selected as the research objects,The simple stochastic method was used to randomly divide the control group into 30 cases and the treatment group into 30 cases for treatment observation research.The control group was given Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets,Ursodeoxycholic Acid Tablets,Reduced Glutathione for Injection,Transmetil for Injection,The treatment group was added with Chinese medicine Tuihuang decoction orally on the basis of the control group.The patients were re-examined for 4 weeks and 2 weeks later to observe liver function indexes,total score of clinical symptoms and signs,the size of the inferior costal margin of liver by abdominal ultrasonography,and efficacy after treatment in the two groups.Results1.Comparison of clinical symptoms and signs total scores:The two groups of patients were compared within the group in terms of total symptoms and signs after treatment for 2 weeks and before treatment,p<0.01 the difference was statistically significant,after 4 weeks of treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment Comparing the total scores of symptoms and signs within the group,p<0.01 the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two therapeutic schedule can improve the clinical symptoms and signs such as the degree of j aundice,the color of stool,the color of urine,psychosis tired and appetite reduce,diarrhea,and abdominal distension.The treatment group was compared with the control group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,p<0.05the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs2.Comparison of liver function results:In terms of liver function indicators(TBIL,DBIL,ALT,GGT,TBA),the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment compared with the same group before treatment group P<0.01,difference was statistically significant.after 4 weeks of treatment compared with the same group after 2 weeks of treatment,P<0.01 showed significant difference.The two groups can reduce the levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,GGT,and TB A after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.The treatment group was compared with the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment.P<0.05 showed the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group reduced the levels of TBIL,DBIL,ALT,GGT and TBA.This effect is better than the control group3.Comparison of the size of inferior costal margin of liver by abdominal ultrasonography:After 2 weeks of treatment,the control group was compared with the same group before treatment p>0.05,and the results showed no statistically significant difference,indicating that hypocostal margin of liver size after 2 weeks of treatment was similar to that before treatment.The treatment group was treated for 2 weeks compared with the same group before treatment,p<0.05,suggesting that the size of inferior costal margin of liver of the children in the treatment group after 2 weeks of treatment was reduced compared with that before treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the children in the two groups were compared with the same group after 2 weeks of treatment p<0.01.There is a statistical difference,and the two groups of treatment can shrink the size of inferior costal margin of liver.After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,the comparison between the two groups p<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Better than the control group4.Comparison of therapeutic efficacy levels:the number of significantly effective patients in the treatment group was 24,the number of effective patients was 5,the number of ineffective patients was 1,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%;the number of significantly effective patients in the control group was 14,and the effective number was 12 and the ineffective number was 4,the total efficiency of the control group was 86.7%.After the treatment of the two groups,the therapeutic efficacy levels was compared between the groups.The result P<0.05 showed The difference was statistically significant.In terms of clinical efficacy grade,the treatment group was better than the control groupConclusion1.Combination of Tuihuang Decoction and western medicine can improve the symptoms of jaundice in children,the color of
