Clinical Study Of Jingyuankang Capsule In The Treatment Of Cancer-related Fatigue With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:To observe the efficacy and mechanism of Jingyuankang Capsule in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,100 patients with advanced malignant cancer complicated with CRF who were admitted to Henan Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital Of Henan Universi ty Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient department of oncology of The Third Affiliated Hospital Of Henan University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random grouping,50 cases were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given Jingyuankang Capsule,the control group was given Jianpi Yishen Granule.Collect Piper rating scale(PFS),KPS before and after the treatment,syndrome integral scale,peripheral blood examination before and after treatment of T-cells,TNF-α,IL-6 and routine blood,liver and kidney function indicators,and carries on the statistical analysis of data,objective evaluation of Jingyuankang Capsule tumor prevention and treatment of malignant tumor with correlation of fatigue in patients with clinical efficacy and safety of patients.Results:1.Evaluation of CRF: After treatment,the total score of fatigue,behavior and cognitive dimension scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.01),and the scores of the sensory dimension were significantly lower than those of the control group(p<0.05).Nevertheless,there was no significant difference in emotional dimension s core compared with the control group(p>0.05).After treatment,the total score of fatigue,behavior,feeling and cognitive scores in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(p<0.01),the emotional dimension score in the observation group was significantly decreased(p<0.01),and there was no significant change in the control group(p>0.05).Therefore,it can be seen that Jingyuankang Capsule has a better effect than Jianpi Yishen Granule in improving the overall fatigue state,the decline of the scores of the behavioral,sensory and cognitive dimensions of the patients.Although there was a statistical difference in the emotional dimension before and after treatment,there was no significant difference between Jingyuankang Capsules and Jianpi Yishen Granules.2.Evaluation of quality of life: After treatment,the KPS of the observation group was significantly increased compared with that of the control group(p<0.01).KPS in both groups increased significantly compared with that before treatment(p<0.01).In terms of effective rate,the effective rate of the observation group was 88%,and that of the control group was 53%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01).Therefore,it can be seen that Jingyuankang Capsule and Jianpi Yishen Granule can improve physical condition and quality of life of patients with malignant tumor related fatigue,but Jingyuankang Capsule has a significant advantage in improving KPS.3.Evaluation of syndrome scores:Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group showed no significant differences in palpitation and insomia,more frequent nocturia,more easy to wake up in dreams,pain,night sweats,limb numbness symptoms scores(p>0.05),while other symptom scores and syndrome total score decreased(p<0.05).In the observation group after treatment,the scores of waking up more easily in dreams,lip nail,night sweats,limb numbness and pain symptoms decreased compared with those before treatment(p<0.05),while the scores of other symptoms and syndromes decreased significantly(p<0.01).In the control group before and after treatment,there was no difference in the scores of waking up more easily in dreams,pain,night sweats and limb numbness symptoms(p>0.05),and the scores of other symptoms and syndromes decreased(p<0.05).In terms of effective rate,the effective rate of the observation group was 85%,and that of the control group was 49%.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01).Thus: jing yuan kang capsule can alleviate fatigue weakness,dizziness,nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite,lumbar debility,face,lips,tongue veins,drive down syndrome integral,and the curative effect is superior to Jianpi Yishen Granules.In the improvement of palpitation insomnia,night urination frequency more,dream more easy to wake up,pain,night sweats,limb numbness symptoms on the two drugs no significant difference.4.Evaluation of immune function:After treatment,the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05),and the levels of CD8 were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).The levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the two groups increased significantly after treatment(p<0.05),the level of CD8 in the observation group decreased significantly(p<0.01),while there was no significant change in the level of CD8 in the control group(p>0.05).It can be seen that jingyuankang capsule can increase the levels of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8,so as to enhance immunity,and improve immune function,and its efficacy is better than that of Jianpi Yishen Granule.On the level of CD8 of immunosuppressive medium,Jingyuankang Capsule was obviously superior to Jianpi Yishen Granules.5.Comparison of inflammatory indicators:After treatment,TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05).Meanwhile,the level of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment(p<0.01),and that of the control group was lower than that before treatment(p<0.05).It can be seen that Jingyuankang Capsule is significantly superior to Jianpi Yishen Granules in inhibiting inflammatory indexes.Conclusion: Jingyuankang Capsule can regulate immune inflammatory factors,improve immune function,effectively elieve CRF symptoms and enhance the quality of life of patients with cancer-related fatigue.
