Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Dihuang Shangqing decoction combined with bleeding at the ear tip and 1% pimecrolimus cream in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis(wind-heat syndrome),it provides new methods and new ideas for the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods: A total of 86 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and exfoliation criteria of the Second Department of Dermatology Clinic of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018.08.01 to2019.07.31 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The treatment group and the control group each had 43 cases. On the basis of ear tip bleeding treatment and topical application of 1% pimecrolimus cream in both groups, the treatment group was given the instructor’s self-made Dihuang Shangqing Decoction orally, and the control group was given ebastine tablets orally.Four weeks is a course of treatment. The subjective, objective, and syndrome scores of the two groups of patients are recorded before and after the end of the course of treatment. The statistical software is used to analyze the data and evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment in the two groups.Subjective, objective, and general symptom scores of the two groups were lower than before. After statistical analysis, the differences within the group were statistically significant(P <0.05).Treatment is effective.2.Compared with the control group, the subjects in the treatment group had more significant reductions in subjective, objective, and general symptom scores, and the total effective rate was higher. After statistical analysis, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.During the study,2 patients in the treatment group had mild diarrhea,1patient had local swelling and pain after ear tip bleeding, and 3 patients had mild burning sensation after topical application of pimecrolimus cream. In the control group, there were 2 patients with local swelling and pain after ear tip bleeding, and 3 patients with mild burning sensation after external application of pimecrolimus cream. The two groups of patients had mild side effects and did not receive any treatment. They recovered on their own and continued treatment. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no difference in safety between the two groups.Conclusion:1.The oral application of Dihuang Shangqing decoction combined with bleeding at the ear tip and 1% pimecrolimus cream for external treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis(wind-heat syndrome)is safer in clinical application, and no obvious adverse reactions have occurred.2.Dihuang Shangqing decoction orally combined with ear tip bleeding and 1% pimecrolimus cream for topical treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis(wind-heat syndrome)has definite curative effect, and has advantages in improving the subjective and objective symptoms of patients, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
