Objective:,A case-control study method was adopted to observe the clinical efficacy of yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction and electroacupuncture combined with rivaroxaban in the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement in this study,so as to provide a stronger clinical basis for yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction and electroacupuncture in the prewention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement.Method:120 patients who were admitted and admitted to the department of orthopedics of linyi hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and underwent unilateral ono-cement hip replacement were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C and D.There were 30 patients in each group.The patients in group A were treated with yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction and electroacupuncture combined with rivaroxaban to prevent the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LDVT).The patients in group B were treated with yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with rivaroxaban to prevrnt the occurrence of LDVT.The patients in group C were treated with electroacupuncture combined with rivaroxaban to prevrnt the occurrence of LDVT.The patients in group D were treated with rivaroxaban to prevrnt the occurrence of LDVT.All patients in the four groups received routine treatment before and after surgery and were observed until 7th day after surgery.The differences of maximum thigh swelling rate,maximum calf swelling rate,mean risk and incidence of thrombosis in the four groups were observed and analyzed.Changes of coagulation index(PT,APTT,d-dimer),blood cell index(PLT)in the four groups were recorded and analyzed on the first day before surgery,the third day after surgery and the seventh day after surgery.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the collected data.Result:1.120 cases were included in this study.In the curse of study 1 case fell off in group A,1 case fell off in group D,2 cases fell off in group B.The remaining 116 cases completed the study.2.The general information of the four groups(gender,age,location of disease,cause of disease,anesthesia,operation method,operation time,intraoperative blood loss)were comparable,and there was no significant difference(p>0.05).3.In terms of the maximum thigh and calf swelling rate and the incidence of LDVT,the difference between group A and group B,C and D was significantly reduced(p<0.05),while there was no significant difference between group B and group C(p>0.05),and the difference between group D and group group Band group C was increased,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.There was no significant difference of PT and APTT in each group on the first day before surgery(p>0.05).On the third and seventh day after surgery,group A increased significantly compared with B,C and D(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance between group B and group C(p>0.05).Compared with group B and group C,group D reduced significantly(p<0.05).The comparison in the same group between the third day after surgery and the first day before surgery and was significantly increased(p<0.05).The comparison in the same group between the seventh day after surgery and the third day after surgery was significantly increased(p<0.05).5.There was no significant difference of D-dimer,PLT and thrombotic risk mean in each group on the first day before surgery(p>0.05).On the third and seventh day after surgery,group A reduced significantly compared with the other three groups(p<0.05).There was no statistical significance between group B and group C(p>0.05).Compared with group B and group C,group D was increased significantly(p<0.05).The comparison in the same group between the third day after surgery and the first day before surgery and was significantly increased(p<0.05).The comparison in the same group between the seventh day after surgery and the third day after surgery was significantly decreased(p<0.05)Conclusions:This clinical experiment results show that yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction and electroacupuncture combined with rivaroxaban can prolong PT and APTT,reduce the number of D-dimers and the hyperplasia of PLT to reduce the incidence of LDVT in the old patients after hip replacement.The incidence of LDVT was significantly lower than simple application with yiqi huoxue tongluo decoction or electroacupuncture combined with rivaroxaban.
