| Objective:The purpose of this study is to find out the risk factors of hypothermia by comparing the relevant data of the two groups of general anesthesia patients. It will provide a theoretical basis for guiding the clinical work to prevent the occurrence of hypothermia and hypothermia in surgical patients with high risk of hypothermia,it will standardize the clinical work. Then we will find more effective intervention methods and measures according to the specific situation of patients, and to ensure the quality of medical treatment. At the same time,we can investigate the occurrence of hypothermia in general anesthesia patients. Methods:A total of 122 patients who received general anesthesia in our hospital from February to May 2018 were selected by random sampling. They went under the knife. We collected and recorded the axillary temperature of the patients.Axillary temperature represents the patient’s central temperature. On the basis of the patient’s core temperature during operation, the patients were divided into normal temperature group and low temperature group:normal temperature group(N group:n=86,the lowest central body temperature during the operation was ≥36.0℃)and low temperature group(L group:n=36,the lowest central body temperature during the operation was<36.0 ℃).We collected the data of two groups of patients, including:basic data(gender, age, height and weight,BMI,preoperative diagnosis, preoperative temperature, etc),BMI is calculated by height and weight;anesthesia data(ASA classification, anesthesia continuance, etc);operative data(surgical classification, operative continuance, property of operation(selective surgery or emergency surgery);Basic information during operation(fluid infusion, blood products infusion)and so on.The data were collected, shorted out and analyzed with SPSS version 18.0 statistical software.Result:(1)The apperance of intraoperative hypothermia with patients who Underwent General Anesthesia:36 of 122 patients appeared intraoperative hypothermia, and the apperance of hypothermia was 29.51%.(2)Analysis of the risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing general anesthesia:the comparison between the two groups showed that there were statistically significant differences in age,BMI,anesthesia duration, operation duration, fluid input, saline flushing volume and gender(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in height,weight,CO2 consumption, operation classification,ASA classification, emergency operation or routine operation(P>0.05).(3)A further comparison of the risk factors with statistical significance between the two groups showed that the gender, age and BMI of the patient were independent risk factors for hypothermia during general anesthesia(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of hypothermia in general anesthesia was 29.51%.The occurrence of hypothermia in general anesthesia patients is closely related to age,BMI and gender.we should be vigilant to the emaciated and elderly male patients, different heat preservation measures should be taken according to the operation mode to reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and promote the recovery of patients. For female patients who are healthy and young, unnecessary thermal insulation measures can be reduced or passive thermal insulation measures can be taken according to the surgical site, which is based on the assumption that the patients are healthy, but also save medical and healthy resources. The combination of active and passive thermal insulation can reduce the incidence of hypothermia. The incidence of hypothermia was different in patients with different sites of operation. |
