| Objective To study the effect of pivastatin calcium combined with trimetazidine on vascular endothelial function in manic patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Randomly selected 120 of manic patients with coronary heart diseasein our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019.Patients were divided into comparative groups(59 cases)and experimental group(61 cases)according to the method of random digital table.Both groups of patients in this study were given mood stabilizers sodium valproate to control manic symptoms and coronary heart disease by conventional treatment.On this basis,patients in comparative group were given pivastatin calcium 2mg qn,patients in the experimental group were given pivastatin calcium 2mg qn,trimetazidine 20mg tid.Patients in both groups had been treated for 12 weeks continuously.Before the treatment and after the treatment,the patients in both groups had been tested the level of total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、low-density lipoprotein cholesterol C(LDL-C)、high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)、nitric oxide(NO)、endothelin(ET)-1、the diastolic function of brachial artery endothelium-dependent(FMD)and the carotid function of endothelium-dependent relaxation(IMT).Results After the treatment,the level of TC、TG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、NO、ET-1、FMD and IMT in both groups of patients were improved compared with before,P<0.05.After the treatment,the level of TC、TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were compared with those in the comparative group,P>0.05.After the treatment,the level of hs-CRP、ET-1 and IMT were lower in the experimental group than those in the comparative group,P<0.05.After the treatment,the level of NO and FMD were higher in the experimental group than those in the comparative group,P<0.05.Conclusions Pitavastatin calcium or pitavastatin calcium combined with trimetazidine also can effectively improve blood lipid levels and vascular endothelial function in patients with manic and coronary heart disease,while the effect of combination of pitavastatin calcium combined with trimetazidine on improving vascular endothelial function is more obvious. |
