Research On Business Model Optimization Of HC Internet Hospital

The innovation of Internet technology and business model has deeply promoted the reform of business,and the research of business model has been paid more and more attention by academia and enterprises.With the rapid development of Internet technology,online medical treatment and treatment has been widely used in domestic hospitals.How to promote the medical reform,promote the development of industry and promote the transformation of enterprises through the Internet plus mode through the innovation of business mode is the starting point of this study and the main direction of the development of Internet hospitals in the future.This paper takes Internet hospital as the main research object,analyzes the business model of Internet hospital.First of all,on the basis of a comprehensive description of domestic and foreign scholars’ research status,this paper summarizes the relevant concepts and theories,mainly analyzes the PEST analysis method,SWOT analysis method and the six elements theory of Wei and Zhu.Secondly,taking HC Company as an example,combining PEST analysis method to analyze the external environment of HC Company’s Internet hospital,it points out the advantages and disadvantages of HC Company’s business model,and analyzes the opportunities and threats faced by the business model of Internet hospital.On this basis,it analyzes the business model of HC Company’s Internet hospital from three aspects: product and service model,and points out the problems of HC Company’s business model,including low satisfaction degree of patients’ needs,imperfect operation mechanism and system,and lack of scientific evaluation of service effectiveness.At the same time,it points out the necessity of HC Company Internet hospital business model optimization.Finally,combined with the six elements of Wei and Zhu,the paper puts forward the business model optimization scheme of HC Company’s Internet hospital,including positioning analysis,business system analysis,key activities and resources analysis,cash flow structure analysis and enterprise value analysis,and analyzes the guarantee measures and benefits of HC company’s Internet hospital business model optimization scheme.
