OBJECTIVE:Investigate and understand the reproductive health situation of female residents in China.Taking the abortion patients treated in our hospital as the starting point,statistics on the causes,risk factors and adverse effects of contraceptive failure,etc.,analyze the current status of female reproductive health in China,and make recommendations to Reduce the incidence of contraceptive failure,reduce physical and psychological trauma to women,and improve the overall level of female reproductive health.METHODS:In this study,a randomized controlled study was conducted in the form of a self-developed questionnaire.The study subjects selected 536 patients who had failed contraception in gynecological clinics of public hospitals and did not use contraceptive abortion.The questionnaire results of 536 patients were conducted.Statistics and sorting.Data analysis was carried out by category on the survey contents such as causes and influencing factors.The statistical software used SPSS 20.0.RESULTS:1.In the basic situation analysis,the average age of the study subjects was(28.64 ± 5.81)years old,and most of them were married,accounting for 71.3%;in terms of education,the proportion of high school/secondary school/technical school education was the highest,accounting for 37.1%;fertility In terms of history,60.6%of patients had a history of childbearing;occupationally,employees and individual business owners accounted for a higher proportion,21.4%and 20.3%,respectively.2.The awareness of reproductive health knowledge of 536 patients was medium,and the overall score was(19.41 ± 6.45).Most of them had some understanding of the use of emergency contraceptives in reproductive health and the harm of abortion.Issues,long-term contraceptive use methods are still poorly understood.3.In the analysis of contraceptive use,the use rate is not high,8.68%of patients have used contraceptives,only 19.4%of patients insist on each use,but41.79%of patients have not taken measures;in contraceptives In terms of choice,the highest rate of contraceptive use was 69.0%;in the analysis of sexual openness,55.6%of patients did not oppose premarital sex.4.More than half of the patients’ methods of obtaining contraceptives come from pharmacies,accounting for 63.2%;of the access to reproductive health knowledge,59.3%of patients learn from the Internet,and 39.4%of patients hope that hospitals and other professional institutions can conduct Popularize reproductive health knowledge.5.Among the risk factors for contraceptive failure include low age,low educational level,household registration in rural and remote areas,and failure to take contraceptive measures.CONCLUSION:1.Repeated abortion patients accounted for the majority,reproductive health awareness was in the middle level,the reason for this pregnancy was not using contraceptive measures,most hope to acquire physiological health knowledge and contraceptive knowledge,and hope to obtain through medical institutions,networks.2.The contraceptive service provided by medical institutions has not yet formed a systematic service model,and the services provided are only reflected in the treatment,written education and the selection of matters needing attention after abortion and abortion.The existing problems should be solved in order to facilitate the development of post-abortion services and reduce the occurrence of contraceptive failure.3.Four factors,including patient’s reproductive history,knowledge of reproductive health,attitude to premarital sexual behavior and frequency of contraceptive use,have an impact on the occurrence of contraceptive failure.Among them,having two children/women or more is a risk factor for repeated contraceptive failure.High awareness of reproductive health,disagreement with premarital sexual behavior and high frequency of contraceptive use are protective factors for repeated abortion.
