Objective:Due to lacking early diagnosis by specific clinical symptoms, only 20%of pancreatic cancer was diagnosed in the examination. Therefore,it is very important to explore the development mechanism of pancreatic cancer in molecular level to provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer.Substance:MBNL3 is a RNA binding protein, adjusting RNA variable splicing process, and the research shows that MBNL3 has a significant relationship with the malignant progress of hepatocellular carcinoma and pancreatic duct adenocarcinoma.MYST2 is the largest part of the MYST family to identify DNA replication starting points, total involvement of S period during DNA replication. As a catalytic subunit of hiprotein acetyltransferase,it takes participate in the development of tumor.Few studies have explored the expression of MBNL3 and MYST2 in pancreatic cancer. Methods:Expression of the two protein in pancreatic cancer epithelium tissue was implores by immunohistochemical and the malignant behavior of the pancreatic catheter epithelium was detected by the proliferation, cloning, invasion and migration test of four pancreatic cancer cell lines. Results:Expression of the two protein in pancreatic cancer epithelium was significantly stronger than the normal pancreatic catheter epithelium.Through the proliferation, cloning, invasion and migration of four pancreatic cancer cells, the malignant behavior of the pancreatic catheter epithelium was more pronounced in overexpressed groups than knocked down groups.Conclusion:MBNL3 or MYST2 can promote the malignant biological behavior of pancreatic cancer.
