| Objective:By detecting the levels of blood glucose, blood lipid, hypersensitive C-reaction protei(hs-CRP)and Interleukin-6(IL-6)in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and normal glucose tolerance(NGT),the relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groupspregnant was analyzed. To investigate the role of IL-6,hs-CRP,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the occurrence and development of GDM in the second trimester of pregnancy and their correlation with blood glucose level,so as to further explore the mechanism of GDM caused by IL-6,hs-CRP and dyslipidemia to provide clinical theoretical basis,in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment and intervention of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:636 pregnant women with gestational age ≤13+6 weekswho visited the obstetric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from December 2018 to September 2020 and established obstetric examination files were selected. The general data of all pregnant women were recorded.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,391 pregnant women were obtained.Oral 75g glucose tolerance test(75g OGTT)was conducted at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy, and serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,hs-CRP and IL-6 levels were detected.According to the results of 75g OGTT,81 cases of GDM pregnant women in the observation group and 239 cases of NGT pregnant women in the control group were obtained;all data were processed by SPSS 25.0 statistical analysis software, and P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference ingeneral information between the two groups(P>0.05),and the data of the two groups were comparable conclusions.2.The body mass index(BMI)in early pregnancy,at 24-28 weeks of pregnancyblood glucose(FPG,1 hPG,2 hPG),blood lipid index(TG,LDL-C),hs-CRP and IL-6 of GDM group were significantly higher than those of NGT group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Maternal blood glucose(FPQ,1 hPG,2 hPG)was positively correlated with hs-CRP and TG(P<0.05).IL-6 was positively correlated with 1 hPG and TG(P<0.05),TC was positively correlated with 2 hPG(P<0.05),LDL-C was positively correlated with 1 hPG and 2 hPG(P<0.05),HDL-C was negatively correlated with FPG(P<0.05).4.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that TG,hs-CRP,IL-6 and BMI in early pregnancy were independent risk factors for gestational diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The BMI in early pregnancy,at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy75g OGTT blood glucose,TG,LDL-C,hs-CRP and IL-6 of GDM patients are significantly increased. It is suggested that the GDM patients may have obvious lipid metabolism disorder and low-grade chronic inflammatory reaction.2.In the second trimester of pregnancy, the blood glucoselevel wascorrelated with the level of serum TG,TC,LDL-C,hs-CRP and IL-6,TG levels were correlated with hs-CRP and IL-6 levels.3.The increased levels ofhs-CRP,IL-6,TG and BMI in early pregnancymay be the risk factors of GDM. |
