Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of routine color doppler ultrasonography combined withmicropure ultrasonographyand super microvascular imaging(SMI)in breast mass.Methods:128 breast mass of 97 patients were served as research objects,and routine color doppler ultrasonography combined with micropureand SMI were performed.Pathological examination results are the gold standard,and the diagnostic efficiency of benign and malignant breast cancer was evaluated among micropure,SIM and their combination.Then,the calcification and blood flow distribution were analyzed.Results:Combined detectioncould effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy for breast cancer,and these were no significant difference between micropureand SMI.Meanwhile,combined detection was obviously superior tosingle usage of micropureor SMI.More microcalcifications were identified by usingmicropurecompared to grey scale ultrasonic tomography in malignant tumor.More blood flow signals were detected through SMI than color doppler flow imaging(CDFI).Adler grade of blood flow was higher in malignant mass than benign ones.And the classification of blood flow was II in malignant mass,while which was 0 in benign ones.Conclusion:Comparedtogrey scale ultrasonic tomographyandCDFI,micropureand SMI have its own advantage.Meanwhile,combined detection could effectively elevate the diagnostic efficiency concerning the benign and malignant lesions ofbreastmass. |
