Objective: Observing the efficacy and safety of different parameter pulse radiofrenes in patients with acute stripped herpes, and exploratively treated the appropriate parameters for the treatment of strip-shaped herpes. Methods: A collection of 80 patients with acute thoracolumbar herpes zoster who were hospitalized in the Pain Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from January 2019 to October 2020.Randomly divided into four groups A,B,C,D,The treatment of A group was conventional drug and voltage 45 V time 240 s pulse radiofrequency;Group B is the conventional drug and voltage 70 V time 240 s pulse radiofrequency;Group C is the conventional drug and voltage 45 V time 900 s pulse radiofrequency;Group D is the conventional drug and voltage 70 V time 900 s pulse radiofrequency. The four groups were treated with sodium phosphonate combined with gabapentin and methylcobalamin capsules.Record the Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)and Quality of Sleep Score(QS)of the four groups of patients at admission,1 day after surgery,3 days after surgery,7 days after surgery,15 days after surgery, and 30 days after surgery. The serum IL-6 and β-endorphin levels of four groups were detected by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA),and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and adverse reactions were recorded in four groups. Results: 1.Compared with admission, the NRS and QS scores of the four groups were significantly reduced at each time point after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the time history parameters of pulsed radiofrequency were the same, the NRS score and QS score of the high voltage group were significantly lower than those of the low voltage group on the 3rd,7th,15 th and 30 th days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The NRS score and QS score of patients in the high-voltage long-range pulsed radiofrequency group on the 3rd,7th,15 th and 30 th days after surgery were significantly lower than those in the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in serum IL-6 levels among the four groups at admission(P>0.05);On postoperative day 7,the serum IL-6 level was significantly lower than that on admission; At the same time, the serum IL-6 level in the high voltage group on the 7th day after surgery was significantly lower than that in the low voltage group on the7 th day after surgery(P<0.05);When the voltage was the same, there was no significant difference in the serum IL-6 level between the long duration group and the short duration group on the 7th day after the operation(P<0.05).The serum IL-6 level in the high voltage and long duration pulsed radiofrequency group on the 7th day after surgery was significantly lower than that in the low voltage group(P<0.05),in the higher voltage short-range group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in serum β-endorphin levels between the four groups(P>0.05);The level of serum β-endorphin in the four groups on the 7th day after operation was significantly higher than that on admission(P<0.05);At the same time, the level of serumβ-endorphin in the high voltage group was significantly higher than that in the low voltage group on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05);When the voltage was the same, the level of serum β-endorphin in the long duration group on the 7th day after surgery was higher than that in the short duration group on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05);The level of serum β-endorphin in the high voltage and long duration pulsed radiofrequency group on the 7th day after surgery was higher than that in the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).4.After treatment, there were less adverse reactions in the four groups(P >0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: 70V900 S pulsed radio frequency is the efficacy of acute strip-like herpes, safe and reliable.
