Objective:By retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients with gastric adenomatous polyp(GAP),the relationship between serum apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)level and GAP was preliminarily investigated.Methods:1.A total of 40 patients with GAP diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathological biopsy in Department of Gastroenterology of Suining Central Hospital from June 2015 to December 2020 were collected as the case group.A total of 120 patients diagnosed as nonadenomatous gastric polyp(NAGP)by endoscopy and pathological biopsy in the Department of Gastroenterology,Suining Central Hospital during the same period were collected as the control group.Clinical data of the subjects were collected, and SPSS(v.25.0)statistical software was used for statistical processing and analysis.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to screen the risk factors for GAP.2.According to serum ApoAl level and Helicopter Pylori(Hp)infection, the subjects were divided into quartile groups to conduct the correlation analysis between serum ApoA1 level and GAP.Results:1.Analysis of clinical characteristics and influencing factors of GAP There was no significant difference in gender composition or age between GAP and NAGP(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in smoking, drinking, systolic blood pressure,Hp infection,apoA1,total cholesterol.TC,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)were significantly different between the two groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that HP infection(OR=2.475,95%CI 1.072-5.714)and elevated serum ApoA1 level(OR=14.971,95%CI 2.197-102.015)were risk factors for GAP.The subcomponent type of Hp negative patients showed that the drinking rate, serum ApoA1 level and AST level in the case group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum ApoA1 level was increased(OR=22.858,95%CI 2.384-219.171)and drinking(OR=4.833,95%CI 1.612-14.492)were risk factors for GAP.2.The correlation analysis results of serum ApoA1 level and GAP showed that the prevalence of GAP increased with the increase of serum ApoAl level, and the prevalence of GAP still increased with the increase of serum ApoA1 level in Hp-negative patients with subcomponent type.Conclusions:1.Elevated serum ApoAl level, positive Hp infection, and drinking may be risk factors for gastric adenomatous polyps.2.Increased serum ApoAl level may be associated with the occurrence of gastric adenomatous polyps.Multiple microscopic biopsies should be performed in patients with non-adenomatous gastric polyps with increased serum ApoAl level to avoid missed detection of gastric adenomatous polyps.
