Objective:1.To explore the changes of intestinal microbes in patients with ovarian malignant tumors and patients with benign ovarian tumors with healthy people,as well as the possible impact of different microbes on metabolic function.2.Detect the relevant biochemical, blood routine and clinical indicators and the expression of IL-6 and Cyr61 in patients with ovarian cancer, and analyze the correlation between different bacterial genera and the above indicators.Method:1.The malignant ovarian tumor group consisted of stool samples from 34 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer, and the healthy control group consisted of stool samples from 30 healthy volunteers, while the benign ovarian tumor group consisted of stool samples from 15 patients with benign ovarian tumors, using 16 Sr DNA sequencing The technology analyzes and compares the microorganisms and their metabolic functions on three groups of stool samples.2.Automatic biochemical and blood routine analyzers are used to detect the relevant indicators of serum samples that match the stool samples;the concentrations of IL-6 and Cyr61 in the serum samples was detected by the method of ELISA.3.The statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 24 was used for Perform statistical calculations on serum test data Result:1.Using 16 sr DNA sequencing technology to detect the three groups of ovarian malignant tumor group, ovarian benign tumor group and healthy volunteers in this experiment, according to the classification of bacteria according to phylum, class, order, family, genus, and species, there are statistical differences(p<0.05)the number of colonies were 2,2,9,13,28,and 19,respectively.2.Using bioinformatics analysis methods to predict the metabolic function of intestinal microbes, there are significant differences in gene abundance of pathways such as microbial transmembrane transport, replication and repair, and amino acid metabolism in the ovarian malignant tumor group, ovarian benign tumor group and healthy control group.3.There are significant differences in BMI and some serological indexes among the three groups in comparison between groups. The IL-6 and Cyr61 of the ovarian malignant tumor group were significantly higher than healthy control group. The serum concentrations of IL-6 and Cyr61 of the benign tumor group were different from those of the malignant tumor group and the healthy control group. There are significant differences.4.Some different bacterial genera at the species and genus levels show significant correlations with related clinical variables, and at the genus level, there are significant correlations(|r|>0.3,p<0.05)with various clinical indicators and IL-6 and Cyr61.There are a total of 9 genera, and there are 4 bacterial genera showing significant correlations(|r|>0.3,p<0.05)with various clinical indicators,IL-6 and Cyr61 at the species level.Result:1.There are differences in the intestinal microbiota between the group of ovarian malignant tumor, benign ovarian tumors, and the healthy control group.Among them, the difference in intestinal microbiota between the group of ovarian malignant tumor and the healthy control group is significant.2.The BMI and some serological indexes showed differences between the three groups. The concentrations of IL-6 and Cyr61 in the ovarian malignant tumor group were significantly higher than the healthy control group, moreover there are strong correlation between some serological indexes and Cyr61 with different bacterial species. |
