Aim:To study the relationship between hs-CRP and the degree of coronary artery lesions in patients with AMI before and after PCI,and to provide scientific predictive value for the assessment of emergency diagnosis and treatment of AMI patients.Subjects and methods:A total of 112 patients selects in October 2019 to October 2020 from Yiyang Central Hospital, during the emergency center(chest pain)admitted to the hospital diagnosis of AMI and underwent PCI surgery as the research object. We adopt venous blood when in emergency center and underwent PCI in 24 hours, and recorded all the clinical data of research patiens, including basic information, hematology indexes results, ultrasonic cardiogram results and coronary angiography results.According to the median of Gensini score(n=60.5),subjects were divided into groups with high Gensini(≥60.5)(56 cases)and groups with low Gensini score(<60.5)(56 cases).Using T test,Chi-Square test compara general information with two groups, and get the independent risk factors of Gensini score according to Spearman and logistic analysis.we got the optimal cut-off point of hs-CRP according to the ROC curve, which was used to divided into two groups and then adopt the difference analysis.Results:1.preoperative hs-CRP,c Tn I,history of diabetes, postoperative hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP and LVEF were significantly different in two groups(p<0.05);Preoperative hs-CRP and postoperative hs-CRP in the group with high Gensini score were much higher;2.Single factor analysis results showed that possible influencing factors of Gensini score included preoperative hs-CRP,history of diabetes, postoperative hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP and LVEF(p <0.05),after correction of related risk factors, multiple factors logistic analysis results showed preoperative hs-CRP was an the independent risk factors for Gensini score;3.Spearman rank correlation analysis results showed that preoperative hs-CRP was positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.452,p<0.001);4.The area under the ROC curve was 0.761(98%CI:0.669-0.854,p<0.01)in the ROC curve analysis, and the sensitivity was 85.7%,the specificity was67.9%,and the optimal cut-off point was 10.225;5.Gensini score in the preoperative hs-CRP(≥10.225)group were significantly higher than those in preoperative hs-CRP(<10.225)group(p<0.05).Conclusions:1.preoperative hs-CRP was positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesions, the higher preoperative hs-CRP is,the more severe the degree of coronary artery lesions in AMI patients, which can be used as an observation index and certain predictive value for assessment of the emergency diagnosis and trearment in AMI patients.2.single measurement of postoperative hs-CRP within 24 hours was not positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesions.
