Objective:The health status of the long-lived population in Hotan area of Xinjiang was analyzed,and longevity gene screening was conducted by genome-wide association study(GWAS).Methods: The long-lived Uyghur population in Hotan area of Xinjiang was continuously included as the long-lived group(n=110),while the non-long-lived population in the same period was included as the control group(n=90).GWAS was used to analyze the SNP related to longevity.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)were measured,and serum lipid levels including total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)were measured.In addition,multiple regressions were used to analyze the correlation between longevity related genes and health status.Results:There was no statistical difference in baseline data between the two groups(P<0.05).While in the longevity group,systolic blood pressure(SBP),serum total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),cholesterol levels were decreased.Fasting blood glucose(FBG)and fasting blood glucose(fasting blood glucose(FBG)levels were decreased significantly,while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC)levels were increased significantly(P<0.05).Meanwhile,rs2879135 GG genotype,rs11217987 AT genotype and rs714205 CG genotype were positively correlated with longevity(P<0.05).In addition,rs2879135 was interdependent with SBP,TC,HDLC and LDLC(P<0.05).However,rs11217987 was interdependent with TC,HDLC,LDLC and FBG(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that FBG level was correlated with rs4449651 and rs1718307(P<0.05),while TC level was correlated with rs1718307,rs4316818 and rs2834384(P<0.05).TG level was correlated with rs2834384(P<0.05),while HDLC and LDLC were correlated with rs4316818 and rs2834384(P<0.05).Conclusion: In genome-wide SNPs,SLIT3 gene rs2879135,GRIK4 gene rs11217987 and ACE 2 gene rs714205 are positively correlated with longevity.LAMA2 gene rs4449651,PAH gene rs1718307,ACE3 gene rs4316818 and MRPS6 gene rs2834384 were strongly correlated with longevity.At the same time,SLAT3,ACE 2,LAMA2,PAH,ACE3 and MRPS6 genes are interdependent with the health status of the long-lived population in Hotan area.
