| Objective:By applying two different measures, warming needle moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture,to treat patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis LDH,compare the clinical effects of the two methods, and explore the efficacy of warm needling moxibustion in improving waist pain and function in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis LDH.Methods:A total of 68 patients who were diagnosed with LDH in the outpatient clinic of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2020 to March 2021 and who met the criteria for inclusion and exclusion are included. All patients were randomly included into the treatment group and the control group according to the different treatment methods, and each group has34 patients. The control group and the treatment group were treated with ordinary acupuncture and warm needling moxibustion. From the NRS pain score and ODI lumbar function score,to evaluate the effectiveness of warm needling moxibustion for LDH patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Results:(1)Baseline data comparison: by comparing the basic data of the two groups of patients before treatment, such as lumbar pain and lumbar function, age, gender, the data of the two groups had no significant statistical significance(P > 0.05),it is suggested that there is good comparability between the two groups;(2)NRS comparison: Collect the NRS scores of the two groups of subjects before treatment and 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks, and 8 weeks after treatment, and use repeated measures analysis of variance for statistical analysis,The results showed that as the treatment continued, the NRS scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased steadily.Through the comparison between the two groups of data,it is found that the degree of change in the NRS score of the treatment group is much greater than that of the control group and has certain statistical significance;(3)ODI comparison:Collect the ODI scores of the two groups of subjects before treatment and 1 week,2weeks,4 weeks, and 8 weeks after treatment, and use repeated measures analysis of variance for statistical analysis. The results suggest that as the treatment progresses, the ODI scores of the two groups of subjects have steadily decreased. The ODI score of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group, but there was no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: In this study,it can be concluded that both warm acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve the symptoms of low back and leg pain and lumbar function of patients, and warm acupuncture is significantly better than ordinary acupuncture in improving the symptoms of low back and leg pain of LDH patients, and warm acupuncture is slightly better than ordinary acupuncture in improving the lumbar function of patients, and there is no significant difference between them. |
