Objectives:This article mainly through the retrospective research method,to explore the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,to provide the basis for maternal health management. Methods:the clinical data of 832 patients with GDM in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2019 to April 2020 were analyzed. They were divided into PPH group and non PPH group according to whether there was postpartum hemorrhage. The age, weight, height, blood lipid, blood glucose, mode of delivery(vaginal delivery and cesarean section)and family history of diabetes were compared between the two groups.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used Objective to analyze the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in patients with GDM.Results:there were 143 cases of PPH in 832 pregnant women with GDM,the incidence rate was 17.19%;The amount of postpartum blood loss in 0.5h in the two groups was significantly higher than that in other time periods(P<0.01);the age, proportion of advanced maternal age, times of pregnancy, pre pregnancy 孕前 BMI value, triglyceride, cholesterol, family history of diabetes in PPH group were significantly higher than those in non PPH group(P<0.05);multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI value, triglyceride level and old age were the risk factors of GDM The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage was an independent risk factor(P<0.05).Therefore,obesity,dyslipidemia and old age are the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in GDM patients, which should be paid special attention in maternal health management. |
