| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and depression(Spleen-Lung qi deficiency type)by Zhichan Jieyu Recipe.Methods: During December 2018 to November 2020,62 cases of patients with Parkinson’ s disease and depression(patients were recruited from the Department of Neurology and Ward of the second affiliated Hospital)were randomly divided into two groups(31 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the treatment group)by SPSS26.0.The control group was given Shugan Jieyu capsule on the basis treatment of Western Medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Zhichan Jieyu Recipe on the basis treatment of Western Medicine.The changes of the TCM syndrome score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,unified Parkinson’s disease rating scale of Movement Disorder Society(MDS-UPDRS Ⅲ)score,Zarit Caregiyer Burden Interview(ZBI)score were compared between the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8weeks after treatment.All clinical data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.Results:(1)Finally,61 cases were completed according to the protocol,1 case lost:30cases in control group and 31 cases in treatment group;No adverse reactions occurred during the study,and there was no significant difference in the vital signs and laboratory tests before and after treatment between the two groups of patients.(2)The improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in TCM syndrome score,HAMD score,MDS-UPDRSⅢscore,ZBI score.(3)The clinical efficacy of the two groups was determined by HAMD score reduction rate and TCM score reduction rate.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Zhichan Jieyu Recipe combined with Western Medicine is good for the efficacy and safty of Parkinson’s disease and depression,which can significantly reduces TCM score,HAMD score,MDS-UPDRSⅢscore and ZBI score and is worthy of promotion clinically. |
