Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Hupo San On The Treatment Of Retained Products Of Conception With Blood Stasis

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Hupo San in the treatment of Retained products of Conception with Blood Stasis,and to provide relevant evidence for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of intrauterine pregnancy residues.Methods: 188 patients diagnosed with intrauterine pregnancy product residues diagnosed by ultrasound were divided into two groups by random number table.93 patients in the treatment group were treated with Jiawei Hupo San,and 95 patients in the control group were treated with Yimucao Capsules for 3 weeks.To observe the treatment effect,adverse reactions and complications.Results: In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.47% and that of the control group was 83.16%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);in the treatment of vaginal bleeding,the bleeding time of the two was not statistically significant(P>0.05);In terms of menstrual re-fluid,the menstrual re-fluid time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01);in terms of lowering blood β-HCG,the recovery time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01);In terms of menstrual volume after treatment,fewer patients in the treatment group had less menstrualvolume than the control group(P<0.05);in terms of TCM syndrome scores,the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating The two groups of drugs can alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The comparison of the individual symptom scores of the two groups after treatment shows that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving vaginal bleeding,dry stool,tongue coating,and pulse condition(P<0.05),and in improving abdominal pain The effects of the two were similar(P>0.05),and all patients had no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion: Jiawei Hupo San can accelerate the excretion of pregnancy in utero,shorten the time of menstrual re-fluidity and β-HCG return to normal,improve the decrease of menstrual flow,and can improve clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and dry stool.It has good clinical effects and is worthy of clinical use Promotion.
