Clinical Study On Treatment Of Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome In The Elderly By Warming Yang,benefiting Qi And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective: To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Sini decoction combined with Yiqi Huoxue Mixture on senile multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in the elderly(MODSE)of Yang deficiency and blood stasis type on the basis of symptomatic treatment in modern medicine by experimental control method.And to better guide clinical practice.Methods:65 patients with MODSE were randomly divided into two groups.There were32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.All patients in both groups were given symptomatic treatment after admission.Meanwhile,try to clear up and eliminate the initiation potential.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Sini decoction combined with Yiqi Huoxue Mixture by oral or nasal feeding.In both groups,the clinical efficacy evaluation,syndrome type score,inflammation index,ApacheⅡ score and 14 day mortality were compared before and after treatment.Results:The clinical symptoms of the two groups were alleviated after treatment.The score of syndrome type and Apache Ⅱ decreased,and the level of inflammatory factors decreased in the two groups(P<0.01,P< 0.05).Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was better,the score of syndrome type and APACHE II decreased more,the inflammatory index decreased more significantly,and the mortality was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sini decoction combined with Yiqi Huoxue Mixture in the treatment of Yang deficiency and blood stasis has a good effect on relieving clinical symptoms.protecting functional organs.It also can protect injured organs,reduce inflammatory factors and reduce the mortality of MODSE.ApacheⅡscore can preferably reflect the critical condition of MODSE.It can more accurate and timely feedback the disease changes in the disease treatment process of patients.
