Objective: To establish a rat model of stress ulcer induced by-10 °C low temperature environment,and to explore the preventive effect and possible mechanism of Wenwei Yuyang Decoction on stress ulcer induced by low temperature environment.At the same time,the diagnosis and treatment of gastric ulcer caused by low temperature were retrospectively analyzed to broaden the ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of stress gastric ulcer.Methods: The stress ulcer rat model was established by using-10 °C low temperature freezer simulation.The rats were divided into 6 groups,with6 rats in each group.By detecting the serum MDA content,IL-6 content,NF-κB p65 expression,and histopathological changes of gastric mucosa in rats,the mechanism of stress ulcer in rats induced by cold stimulation was understood,and data support was provided for the preparation of prescriptions that can effectively prevent and treat acute gastric injury induced by cold stimulation.Results: 1.Rat ulcer index : Compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the difference in omeprazole group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Low dose group,high dose group compared with the model group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The content of MDA in rats : The content of MDA in serum was observed,and the difference between the model group and the normal group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group,omeprazole group compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The expression of IL-6 : Compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the low-dose group and the model group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the omeprazole group and the model group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the medium-dose group and the model group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups and the omeprazole group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The expression of NF-k B p65 in rat gastric mucosa : There was no significant difference in the expression of NF-κB p65 between the experimental groups(P>0.05).5.Pathological tissue structure of rat gastric mucosa : Compared with the normal group,the model group showed obvious gastric mucosa nodules.structural damage;Compared with the model group,the damage degree of low,medium,high dose group and omeprazole group was reduced,and the damage degree of medium dose group was the smallest.6.Clinical case curative effect : Select 2 clinical cases,patients taking self-made Wenwei Yuyang decoction after the effect is good,the condition improved.Conclusion: 1.Self-made Wenwei Yuyang Decoction may protect the stomach by reducing MDA content,reducing IL-6 expression and inhibiting inflammatory response.2.In further studies,further improvements are needed in increasing the number of samples,time nodes and selection of detection indicators.
