| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(Zhenwu decoction)powder sticking on Shenque acupoint in the treatment of edema of heart failure of Yang deficiency type,and to evaluate the efficacy of Shenque acupoint application in the treatment of edema of heart failure,so as to provide a new treatment method for the clinical treatment of edema of heart failure of Yang deficiency type.It is proved that the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine plays a more active role in the treatment and prognosis of heart failure.MethodsIn this randomized controlled trial,90 patients with heart failure and edema of Yang deficiency type were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and test group(n=45).The control group was treated with routine treatment of heart failure,and the experimental group was treated with Zhenwu decoction plus cutting powder on Shenque acupoint on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,once a day for 7 days.During the study,the New York heart function grade,TCM syndrome score,weight loss,24-hour average urine volume,plasma B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),Minnesota heart failure quality of life score and stool frequency were monitored before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results(1)General baseline data before treatment:statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,basic disease,course of disease,type of heart failure,cardiac function grade,TCM syndrome score,plasma BNP,body weight and so on.(2)There were 3 cases of shedding due to personal reasons,43 cases in the control group,44 cases in the test group.In the control group,the total effective rate is 90.70%whice 39 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.73%whice 43 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective in the experimental group.The overall curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)The main results were as follows:(1)the cardiac function in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment after treatment,among which,the improvement of cardiac function in the Shenque acupoint application group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,swelling of facial limbs,abdominal distension,oliguria,BNP and Minnesota quality of life in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms,individual scores and Minnesota quality of life in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the average 24-hour urine volume and stool times in the two groups increased,and the increase in the test group was more obvious than that in the control group,indicating that Zhenwu decoction application of Shenque acupoint could increase urine volume and strengthen gastrointestinal peristalsis in patients with heart failure,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThrough clinical observation and statistics,it is found that Zhenwu decoction application of Shenque acupoint can improve the cardiac function of patients,reduce the symptoms of swelling of facial limbs and abdominal distension in patients with heart failure and edema,increase urine volume,improve gastrointestinal peristalsis and increase the frequency of stool,reduce body weight and improve physical limitation.improve physical limitation,it can be known that Zhenwu decoction external application of Shenque acupoint on Yang deficiency heart failure edema has obvious curative effect,and can improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients with heart failure edema.Safe and without side effects. |
