type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis combined with coronary heart disease by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.MethodsUsing a case-control study method,according to the principle of randomized control,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin and blood stasis combined with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group.On the basis of the original hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering treatment,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction Huoxue Jiangtangyin,and the control group was treated with the original hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering treatment alone for 8 weeks.Observe and record the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and detect fasting blood glucose(FPG),2h blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),triglycerides(TG),cholesterol(TC),and low-density lipids before and after treatment.The changes of protein(LDL-C),fasting and 2h postprandial insulin,fasting and postprandial 2hC peptide,HOMA-IR,Vaspin,and finally statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences between the two groups before and after treatment.Results1.Curative effect of clinical symptomsTCM syndrome score:There is no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups are lower than before treatment,and the difference is significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups,treatment group It was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);before and af ter treatment,the symptom score difference of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.Sugar metabolismBefore treatment,the two groups of FPG and 2hPG,HbAlc were compared,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the FPG and 2hPG of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the FPG,2hPG,and HbAlc decreased more significantly in the treatment group and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the difference of FPG,2hPG,HbAlc between the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group was significantly larger than the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).3.Lipid metabolism:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of TG,TC,and LDL-C(P<0.05).After treatment,the TG,TC,and LDL-C of the two groups decreased compared with before,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a more significant decrease in LDL-C,with a significant difference(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in TC and TG(P>0.05).Comparing the difference of LDL-C before and after treatment between the two groups,the treatment group was larger than the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC and TG(P>0.05).4.Serum VASPINBefore treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of VASPIN(P>0.05).After treatment,the HMGB1 of the two groups decreased compared with before,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group(P<0.05);the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the VASPIN decreased more significantly in the treatment group and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the difference of VASPIN before and after treatment between the two groups,the treatment group was larger than the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionHuoxue Jiangtang Decoction+Western medicine basic treatment for patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis diabetes complicated with coronaryheart disease is better than basic western medicine treatment in terms of improving the patient’s clinical symptoms,lowering glucose and improving islet function,which may affect the VASPIN Expression and regulation of related factors can improve islet function.At the same time,Huoxue Jiangtang Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects in clinical use,and its clinical application safety is good. |
