Clinical Study On Mazhen Xifeng Decoction In Treating Vestibular Migraine With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Yin

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Mazhen Xifeng decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine(Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency Type),in order to provide the basis and reference for the treatment of vestibular migraine with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods: Selected from November 2019 to December 2020,64 patients in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Neurology,Vertigo Department and Inpatient Department of the Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University,who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were selected.The 64 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 32 cases.(Excluding the dropout cases at the end of the test,60 patients finally completed the test,including 30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group),Both groups were treated with conventional Western medicine(flunarizine hydrochloride capsules),and the treatment group was added on the basis of this medication Mazhen Xifeng Decoction,4 weeks is counted as a course of treatment,both groups are treated for a course of treatment,combined with modern statistical methods of traditional Chinese medicine,the liver and kidney yin deficiency type before and after treatment Collect the scores of TCM syndromes,vertigo disorder scale(DHI),headache visual analog score(VAS),number of vertigo episodes and duration of episodes of patients with vestibular migraine,and count the adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups of patients.SPSS25.0 performs statistical analysis on the collected data.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group is 86.7%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group is 56.7%,which is statistically different(P < 0.05).The TCM syndromes in the treatment group are better than the control group.2.DHI and VAS scale scores: the scores of DHI and VAS scales of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the scores of DHI and VAS scales after treatment were all compared between groups Statistical difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The frequency and duration of vertigo attacks: The frequency and duration of the attacks in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);there was a statistical difference between the frequency and duration of the attacks after treatment.(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.4.In terms of clinical efficacy evaluation: the total clinical efficacy rate of the treatment group is 83.3%,and the total clinical efficacy rate of the control group is 63.3%.There is a statistical difference(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.5.Adverse reactions: During the treatment,one case of fatigue and lethargy occurred in the control group,and no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.Mazhen Xifeng Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of vestibular migraine(liver and kidney yin deficiency type).2.Mazhen Xifeng Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride can effectively reduce the number of vertigo attacks,shorten the attack time,relieve headaches,and can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with tinnitus,waist and knee weakness,The palms and soles of the feet are hot,anxious,sleeplessness,forgetfulness,blurred vision,and so on.Improve the TCM syndrome of vestibular migraine with liver and kidney yin deficiency.3.The clinical effect of Mazhen Xifeng Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine is better than that of flunarizine hydrochloride alone.4.Mazhen Xifeng Decoction combined with flunarizine hydrochloride did not find any adverse reactions during the test.It has good safety and reliable efficacy,and can be used in clinical practice.
