Objective: To observe the changes in calcium and phosphorus metabolism and related indicators of Yishen Paidu Mixture in patients with chronic renal failure CKD4-5 spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome(non-dialysis),in order to evaluate its clinical efficacy and provide evidence for clinical medication.Methods: Select 60 patients with chronic renal failure CKD4-5 stage spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome(non-dialysis)calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and randomly divide them into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each.The control group is given basic treatment Calcitriol was added,and the treatment group was added Yishen Paidu Mixture on the basis of the control group for a total of 12 weeks of observation.Observe and analyze the patient’s blood calcium,blood phosphorus,panparathyroid hormone,alkaline phosphatase,blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,eGFR,TCM syndrome score and other indicators,and finally evaluate its curative effect.It is used for Yishen Paidu Mixture The treatment of chronic renal failure CKD4-5provides clinical evidence.Results: After 3 months of clinical research,2 cases were eliminated,1 case was dropped,and 57 patients were finally included.The following results were obtained:(1)Serum calcium: The blood calcium levels of the two groups increased after the corresponding treatment.After the comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;the comparison between the two groups after the corresponding treatment,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(2)Blood phosphorus: The blood phosphorus levels of the two groups decreased after the corresponding treatment.After the comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;the comparison between the two groups after the corresponding treatment,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(3)Total parathyroid hormone: The levels of total parathyroid hormone decreased in the two groups after the corresponding treatment.After comparison before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;after the corresponding treatment Comparison between the latter two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)Alkaline phosphatase: The alkaline phosphatase levels of the two groups did not change significantly after the corresponding treatment.After the comparison before and after the treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.(5)Serum creatinine: After the corresponding treatment,the blood creatinine level of the two groups decreased.After the comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;the comparison between the two groups after the corresponding treatment,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(6)Blood urea nitrogen: The blood urea nitrogen level of the two groups decreased after the corresponding treatment.After the comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;the comparison between the two groups after the corresponding treatment,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,and the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(7)eGFR: The eGFR level of the two groups increased after the corresponding treatment.After the comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;after the corresponding treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P>0.05.The difference is not statistically significant.(8)TCM syndrome total score: The total score of TCM syndrome of the two groups decreased after the corresponding treatment.After comparison before and after the treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment of the two groups was effective;the two of the control group.(9)The total curative effect of Chinese medicine: The total effective rates of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group and the control group were 86.21% and 67.86%,respectively.After comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(10)Total clinical efficacy: The total effective rates of TCM in the treatment group and the control group were 86.21% and 53.57%,respectively.After comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Yishen Paidu Mixture can improve the calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder of the spleen and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome in chronic renal failure CKD4-5;(2)Yishen Paidu Mixture can delay the progression of renal function;(3)Yishen Paidu Mixture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
