Clinical Effect Of Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe On Menopausal Syndrome Of Yin Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Objective In this study,we observed the improvement degree of Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe on the clinical symptoms and the satisfaction after treatment,of menopausal syndrome patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type,in order to provide clinical scientific basis for the treatment of subsequent menopausal syndrome patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods 60 cases were treated in the Department of Gynecology of the the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine,and all of them belonged to the type of liver and kidney yin deficiency menopausal syndrome.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe),and the western medicine group was treated with hormone replacement therapy(estradiol valerate tablets / estradiol cyproterone tablets).Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months,and the improvements of clinical symptoms,modified Kupperman scores,TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and satisfaction of patients after treatment were observed in both groups.Data were analyzed and processed using SPSS 25.0.Result In terms of efficacy of disease treatment,according to the clinical efficacy observation and the modified Kupperman score results after patients had taken medicine for 3 months: the total effective rate was 78.57% in group of Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe and 82.76% in group of Clym.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P > 0.05).The modified Kupperman total score decreased in both groups after treatment.Intragroup comparisons were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups and no statistical significance was found(P > 0.05).The modified Kupperman scores of the main symptoms in both groups decreased after treatment,and the comparison within the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The modified Kupperman scores of the main symptoms were compared between the two groups after the treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of hot flashes sweat,insomnia(P < 0.05).However,for symptoms of paresthesia,depression,vulvovaginal discomfort(dryness,pain,itching),urinary irritation,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).In terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,according to the TCM syndrome scoring scale,the total effective rate of Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe was 89.29%,and the effective rate of Clym was 86.20%,with a significant difference(P <0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of both groups after treatment were reduced compared with those before treatment.Intragroup comparisons were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups and statistical significance was found(P < 0.05).The TCM main symptom scores in both groups decreased after treatment.Intragroup comparisons were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups and statistical significance was found(P <0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction of the Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe group was 89.28%,and that of the control group was 82.75%.The satisfaction between the two groups was compared(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The results show that in terms of clinical efficacy for the treatment of menopausal syndrome,Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe failed to be significantly better than that of Clym.However,Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of hot sweating,insomnia and aching of the waist and knee by regulating the liver and kidney,restraining sweat and nourishing yin.In the adverse effects of drugs and satisfaction after treatment,the side effects of Lianyin Tiaojing Recipe are uncommon.And its patients’ satisfaction is high,safe and effective,which deserves to be promoted in the clinic as an effective way to treat liver kidney yin deficiency type confirmed in menopausal syndrome.
