The Effect Of Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet On Patients With Angina Pectoris With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Coronary Heart Disease PCI

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet in the treatment of coronary heart disease PCI postoperative angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,in order to provide more ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease PCI postoperative angina pectoris.Methods: From January 2019 to June 2020,Coronary heart disease PCI postoperative recurrent angina pectoris,And 70 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random digital table method,Each group was 35 cases.Control group received coronary heart disease PCI postoperative routine Western medicine treatment,The observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8weeks.By comparing the changes of angina symptom score,TCM syndrome score,hs-CRP and blood lipid level before and after treatment,And the incidence of stent restenosis after treatment,Based on this,the effectiveness of Xuefu Zhuyu tablet in the treatment of coronary heart disease PCI postoperative angina pectoris,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was evaluated.By observing the vital signs during the treatment of the two groups,the laboratory related indexes before and after treatment(such as the three major routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,coagulation function) and the occurrence of adverse events,To evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:1.basic data: there was no significant difference in the distribution of sex,age,basic disease,angina pectoris grade,diagnosis of primary disease,number of diseased branches,number of implanted stents,angina pectoris symptom score,TCM syndrome score and hs-CRP、 blood lipids between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.curative effect index: the curative effect of angina pectoris in observation group and TCM syndrome were 85.71% and 91.43% respectively,significantly higher than 62.86% and 71.43% in the control group,Intergroup comparisons,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Heart colic integral,TCM syndrome integral,The scores of angina pectoris and TCM syndromes in the observation group decreased significantly compared with the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the hs-CRP level,After treatment,the hs-CRP of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of blood lipids,After treatment,the TC、TG、LDL-C of the observation group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,And the HDL-C increased more than the control group,Statistical analysis,All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the case of stent restenosis,The stent restenosis rate in the observation group was 5.71%,significantly lower than 22.86% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.safety: during the period of treatment and observation,the vital signs of the two groups were stable,and there was no obvious abnormality in all laboratory indexes(three major routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,coagulation function),and no adverse events such as digestive tract reaction and allergic reaction occurred.Conclusions:1.for patients with angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after coronary heart disease PCI,adding Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on the basis of routine western medicine treatment can achieve more effective anti-angina pectoris effect.2.for patients with angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after coronary heart disease PCI,adding Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on the basis of routine western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the TCM syndrome score and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with TCM.3.for patients with angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after coronary heart disease PCI,adding Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on the basis of routine western medicine treatment can significantly reduce the level of blood lipids and inflammatory factor hs-CRP,and significantly increase the level of HDL-C.Thus play a lipid-regulating plaque and anti-inflammatory effect.4.for coronary heart disease PCI postoperative angina pectoris qi stagnation blood stasis syndrome patients,on the basis of routine western medicine treatment plus Xuefu Zhuyu tablets,can more effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative stent restenosis.5.for patients with angina pectoris qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after coronary heart disease PCI,adding Xuefu Zhuyu tablet on the basis of routine western medicine treatment can not only enhance the curative effect,but also have no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
