Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach By Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction

Objective: By observing the RDQ score,TCM syndrome score,anxiety and depression scale and other data of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with dissociation of liver and stomach before and after treatment,this study evaluated the clinical efficacy of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction and confirmed the clinical application value of the prescription in gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods: A total of 70 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease,liver-stomach discordance,anxiety and depression were selected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given modified Xiaoxiahudecoction orally,1 dose a day,2 times a day.The control group was treated with 20 mg esomeprazole enteric-dissolved capsules orally,2 tablets each time,once a day.The treatment period was 4weeks.The RDQ score,TCM syndrome score scale,anxiety and depression scale and the change of recurrence rate were observed before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was detected.Results: 1.Western medicine symptoms:(1)the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was57.1%,compared with the overall effective rate of the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The total symptom score of western medicine showed no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total symptom score of both groups decreased,and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of Western medicine single symptom scores showed no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the western medicine single symptom scores of the two groups decreased.Comparison of post-treatment scores between the two groups showed that the treatment group had better effect in improving chest pain than the control group(P<0.05).2.TCM symptoms:(1)the total effective rate of the treatment group was88.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 68.6%.Compared with the overall effective rate of the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of single item scores of Chinese medicine,after treatment,each item score of the two groups decreased.Comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group had better effect in improving the three symptoms of chest and hypocholic bloating,belching and eructation than the control group(P<0.05).3.The state of Anxiety depression: by comparing the two groups before and after treatment the Hamilton depression Scale(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)score,found that ratings than the control group after treatment,the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05),flavored small bupleurum decoction in improving patient Anxiety,depression,side effect is better.4.Recurrence rate: Telephone revisit was conducted 8 weeks after the end of treatment.Of the 31 effective patients in the treatment group,3 cases relapsed,with a recurrence rate of 9.7%;Among the 24 effective patients in the control group,8 cases had recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 33.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.5.Safety: Before and after treatment,no abnormal conditions were observed in the safety indicators of the two groups,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: The modified Xiaochaihu Decoction can regulate liver and gallbladder drainage and restore the function of spleen enhancing stomach and lowering stomach by running Shaoyang Cardinals.It has significant effect in dredging liver,strengthening spleen and lowering stomach,and promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis.The overall efficacy and clinical symptoms of the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with disharmony between liver and stomach are better than those of the control group.And the prescription from the liver and gallbladder,to improve the anxiety,depression of patients played a certain role,in the clinical research significance,is worthy of promotion.
