| Objective: This project aims to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping and blood stasis therapy combined with Zhuang medicine Plantago Yuwei Tongshen Decoction in the treatment of acute gout.Methods:The AGA patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups(n=30).And both groups were treated with the same optimized nursing and health guidance program before treatment.The treatment group was taken Zhuang doctor’s lotus needle and cupping therapycombined with oral administration of Zhuang medicine Plantain Yuwei Tongshen Tang.Among them,the Zhuang doctor’s lotus needle cupping and stasis removal practice three times a day,a total of 2 times.Plantago Yuwei Tongshen decoction is available Mianjian granule or decoction pieces,take once each morning and evening after meals,1 dose a day,take a row of 7 days.Each group was evaluated comprehensively before and after treatment,and observe WBC and UA in serum of AGA patients and evaluate clinical efficacy,VAS score,analgesic efficacy index,TCM syndrome score,joint swelling and pain score,liver and kidney function,adverse reactions,etc.Second,carry out corresponding statistical analysis of data.Finally,evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping Zhuyu therapy combined with Zhuang medicine Plantago Yuwei Tongshen Decoction in the treatment of AGA.Results:A total of 60 patients were observed in this study.Two of them fell off because they could not fully cooperate with the study.Finally,58 people completed the study,including 29 in the control group and 29 in the treatment group.(1)Laboratory indicators: There was no statistically significant difference in WBC and UA levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(2)VAS score,analgesic efficacy index,joint swelling and pain score,joint swelling and pain index and TCM syndrome scores were significantly different after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)In terms of clinical efficacy: in the treatment group,5 cases were clinically cured,the cure rate was 17%,13 cases were markedly effective,the marked efficiency was 45%,9 cases were effective,the effective rate was 31%,and 2cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 93%;the control group3 cases were clinically cured,the cure rate was 10%,9 cases were markedly effective,the markedly effective rate was 31%,10 cases were effective,the effective rate was 34%,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 76%.The curative effect of the two groups was P<0.05 after the rank sum test.The difference was statistically significant.(4)In terms of safety: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of ALT,AST and CREA groups(P>0.05).It can be seen that the treatment methods of the two groups did not cause damage to liver and kidney function.However,the total score of the treatment group decreased significantly after CREA treatment,suggesting that the Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping and blood stasis therapy combined with the Zhuang medicine plant Qian Yuwei Tongshen Decoction has a positive effect on improving renal function.There was 1 case of small blisters after cupping in the treatment group,and the incidence was 3.5%.The control group had 2 cases of mild diarrhea,1 case of abdominal pain,and 1 case of loss of appetite,the incidence was 14.2%.The difference was not statistically significant by Chi-square test.(P>0.05).Conclusion: Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping and blood stasis therapy combined with Zhuang medicine Plantago Yuwei Tongshen Decoction can effectively treat AGA.It can relieve the symptoms of joint pain,swelling and burning,improve the restricted movement of each affected joint,and improve the quality of life.And there are no obvious adverse reactions,this therapy has unique characteristics of strong medicine,and the overall effective rate is remarkable.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice. |
