Objective: Through to the plantar toe joints toe plantar nerve always subtle anatomy, clear neural composition of the left channel and total toe plantar nerve in channel and the adjacent relations with other organs, trying to find the toe plantar nerve conformity of related factors, thus total for prevention and clinical treatment of toe plantar nerve conformity of morphology to provide the anatomical data and materials. Methods: 20 intact adult feet were selected, including 19 formalin-fixed feet and 1fresh foot.No trauma or surgical scar was found on the surface(specific age and gender are unknown. It is provided by the Morphology Experimental Center of Yanbian University and the Body Donation and Reception Center of Medical School of Yanbian University, regardless of the left and right sides. The common plantar nerve channel and the common plantar nerve of the toe were dissected routinely.(1)Observation indexes: the source, branch and course of the common plantar nerve of the toe were observed;Observe and identify the adjoining relationship between the common plantar nerve of each toe and other anatomical structures; To distinguish the proper plantar artery of the toe with its companion; To observe the composition and characteristics of the common nerve channel of the toe plantar. To observe and identify the contents of the common plantar nerve channel of the toe;(2)Measurement of the total plantar nerve channel of the toe.The height and width of each channel were measured with each metatarsophalangeal joint as the center point;(3)Pointing and measurement of the common plantar nerve of the toe: the common plantar nerve of the metatarsophalangeal joint was set as the center point, and the width and thickness of the mark of the common plantar nerve of the toe were measured respectively at the proximal and distal 0.5cm points of the central point of the common plantar nerve of each toe. Results: the observation index:six toes foot bottom always god,1 ~ 4 toe plantar nerve from the plantar medial nerve, plantar medial nerve in short toe flexors ventral medial separation within 3 beam, respectively,of the three beams at home and abroad, the medial extension neural in total for 1 foot, middle beam extension for 2 foot plantar nerve, fasciculi lateralis in the end of toe short flexor muscle belly to separate two end is 3,4 toe plantar nerve; The common plantar nerve of the 5th and 6th toes came from the lateral plantar nerve.1 foot plantar nerve,to run away plantar toe joint line 1 to long flexor tendon sheath and halux, halux between abductor muscle tendon,be inside, and less fat tissue; The 2nd to5 th toe common plantar nerve runs in the natural plantar nerve channel. The common plantar nerve of the sixth toe crosses the metatarsophalangeal joint medial to the flexor little toe;The proximal, basal and lateral walls of the plantar nerve channel of the toe are all composed of plantar aponeurosis at the plantar head.Measurement indexes: The widths of proximal, middle and distal segments of the plantar nerve of the first toe were 3.29±0.73(2.04,4.78)mm,3.98±0.9(2.89,5.90)mm and3.48±0.85(2.02,4.82)mm,respectively.Compared with the proximal and distal segments, the widths of the middle segment were significantly wider,P < 0.05,showing statistical significance. The widths of each segment of the plantar nerve of the second to sixth toe were not statistically significant. The thickness ratio of proximal segment, middle segment and distal segment of the plantar nerve of the first to the sixth toe was P > 0.05,and there was no statistical significance. The ratio of height to width of the common plantar nerve of each toe was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The plantar aponeurosis is closely related to the common plantar nerve of the toe.A healthy plantar aponeurosis is an important factor to reduce the compression of the common plantar nerve of the toe2.The common plantar nerve of the first toe was significantly widened at the joint, and the formation mechanism may be related to long-term chronic mechanical injury.3.The natural nerve channel of the toe plantar plays a certain protective role in the movement of the nerves, and the adipose tissue inside it can also play a buffer and protective role when the forefoot is stressed.
