Clinical Study On Sinisan Modified Combined With Cornual Navel Therapy In The Treatment Of Female Climacteric Chronic Urticaria

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sinisan modified united with cornual navel therapy on female climacteric chronic urticaria and its influence on the quality of life,and to explore its possible mechanism of TCM treatment.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 female patients with suitable conditions were selected.The control group(30 cases)were given levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally,and the treatment group(30 cases)were given Sinisan modified united with Jiaoumbilicus therapy.A total of 4weeks were observed.The changes of symptoms and quality of life scores of the two groups were counted at 0,2 and 4 weeks,and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:In the treatment group,the cure percentage was 36.67% and the total effective percentage was 93.33%.The cure rate and total effective percentage of the matched group were 10% and 70.00%,showing that there was a big dissimilarity in cure rate and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was more prominent than that of the matched group.After treatment,there is a great difference in the improvement of urticaria symptoms and quality of living between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the matched group in relieving urticaria symptoms,especially itching,the number and duration of wind mass,and improving the quality of life,especially itching and mood,and reducing the attack time.Conclusion:Attach importance to the pathogenesis of female climacteric chronic urticaria,such as deficiency of liver and kidney,imbalance of chong and ren,obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis,and use Sinisan modified united with Jiaoumbilicus therapy,which has little adverse reaction and obvious clinical effect,and is worth popularizing.At the same time,during the research,it was found that the onset time of urticaria was mostly from23: 00 at night to 3: 00 in the morning,that is,“when shaoyin is about to be solved”,and Sinisan is a classic prescription when shaoyin disease is about to be solved,which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of chronic urticaria by classical prescriptions.In addition,united with the treatment of cornual navel,external adjustment and internal adjustment,reconcile the viscera,and internal and external treatment are combined to enhance the clinical efficacy.
