Objective:By comparing and observing the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture and common acupuncture in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea,it provides a reliable clinical basis for the promotion and application of Zhuang medicine acupuncture for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods: 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was the Zhuang medicine acupuncture group, which was treated with acupuncture at the umbilical ring points of the Zhuang medicine, combined with the body points;the control group was the common acupuncture group, which was treated with common acupuncture.Acupuncture point selection in Zhuang medicine acupuncture group: umbilical surrounded acupoints(heart, spleen and stomach, kidney, liver),body acupoints: four Siqiang,Sanyinjiao,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Qihai.etc.Operation method: The patient was placed in a supine position, and the umbilical fossa and local skin were routinely disinfected. The patient was instructed to adjust breathing, stabilize emotions, and eliminate distractions; The four points in the inner umbilical ring were stabbed outward in a 10°angle radially about 0.8 inch, then the four strong points, the Sanyinjiao, the Guangyuan, and the Qihai were stabbed, all with the painless method of acupuncture, without transporting the needles during the process, and the needles were slowly discharged after 30 min of retention. The acupoints in the common acupuncture group were selected as follows: Zhongji,Guanyuan,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Ciliao, and Shiqizhui. Those with cold coagulation were matched back, those with qi stagnation were matched with Taichong, those with kidney deficiency were matched with Taixi, and those with deficiency of qi and blood were matched with Qihai and Xuehai.Operation method: The patient was placed in a supine position, the skin of the selected acupuncture point was routinely disinfected, and both complementary and diarrheal techniques were applied, and the needles were retained for 30 minutes after arrivalling of qi In both groups, acupuncture was started 5-7 days before menstruation, and acupuncture was performed once a day until the end of the treatment at the onset of menstruation, and the treatment was continued for 3consecutive menstrual cycles.Record and observe the COX Dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale(CMSS),Pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),TCM Syndrome Score and adverse reactions during the treatment process of the two groups before and after treatment and during the follow-up period.Statistical analysis was performed using statistical software SPSS20.0.Compare the efficacy of the two groups. Results: 1.Comparing the baseline period, the two groups have no significant differences in the distribution of age, menarche, and disease course(P>0.05),and they are comparable.2.Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in CMSS score,VAS score, and TCM syndrome score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),and they were comparable.3.After treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the Zhuang medicine acupuncture group was significantly different from that in the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).It is considered that Zhuang medicine acupuncture at umbilical ring point combined with body point is more effective in improving TCM syndromes of primary dysmenorrhea. There was no significant difference in CMSS score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).It was considered that the two groups had the same effect in reducing CMSS score and VAS score.4.Comprehensive efficacy comparison. In terms of efficacy, with CMSS score and TCM syndrome score as efficacy indexes, the total efficacy rates of the two groups were 96.00% and 92.00%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).It is considered that Zhuang medicine acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture group can achieve good curative effect.5.Comparing the follow-up period, the scores of TCM syndromes in the Zhuang medicine acupuncture group were significantly different from those in the common acupuncture group(P<0.05).The long-term curative effect of Zhuang medicine acupuncture on the umbilical surrounded points combined with the body points for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is more ideal in the TCM syndrome of dysmenorrhea. There was no statistical difference in CMSS score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).It is believed that the two groups have the same effect in reducing CMSS score and VAS score.6.Comparison of the scores of the scales before and after the treatment with those of the follow-up period: the scores of the two groups were P>0.05,without statistical significance, the curative effect of the acupuncture group of Zhuang medicine and that of the common acupuncture group can be considered equal; The scores in the two groups were compared: The scores were all P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Both groups could reduce the scores of CMSS,VAS and TCM syndrome. Both treatments could relieve the symptoms and pain of primary dysmenorrhea.Conclusion(s):⑴Zhuang medicine acupuncture umbilical surrounded acupoints combined with body points can relieve the symptoms and pain level of patients with primary dysmenorrhea, and its analgesic effect and improvement of COX dysmenorrhea symptoms are comparable to the efficacy of common acupuncture, and the effect is definite.⑵Zhuang medicine acupuncture umbilical ring points combined with body points in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is better than ordinary acupuncture in improving TCM syndromes.
