A Network Meta-analysis Of Buyi Sanjie Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection Combined With CHOP Chemotherapy For Non-hodgkin’s Lymphoma

Objective:Through network Meta-analysis To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Buyi Sanjie traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with CHOP chemotherapy in the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.Methods:More than Eight databases(including The Cochrane Library,Embase,Pubmed,Web of Science,CNKI Academic Database,VIP Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database)searched by the computer to collect all randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of tonifying and dispersing stagnation Chinese medicine injections combined with CHOP chemotherapy in the treatments of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to December 31 st,2020.Firstly,three researchers screened the literature independently,then used End Note X8 software to eliminate duplicate documents.Secondly,they used Revman 5.3 software to evaluate bias risk and Cochrane5.1.0 to evaluate the quality of the literature,and used Stata14.2 software and GEMTC package to conduct network meta-analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of various interventions in treating non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.Results: A total of 36 literatures,8 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections and 2550 patients were included.For the study of clinical effective rate: Kanglaite injection,Huangqi injection,compound Kushen injection,Kang ’ai injection,Shenmai injection,Aidi injection,Xiaoaiping injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with CHOP chemotherapy scheme has statistical significance compared with simple CHOP chemotherapy scheme,and the top three are Kanglaite injection,Huangqi injection and compound Kushen injection.The research on improving the clinical control rate:Kanglaite injection,Kang ’ai injection,Shenmai injection,Huangqi injection,Xiaoaiping injection,Aidi injection combined with CHOP chemotherapy has statistical significance,and the top three are Kanglaite injection,Kang ’ai injection and Shenmai injection.In the research of improving KPS score,the differences between Kanglaite injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection,Compound Kushen injection,Kang ’ai injection,Aidi injection,Astragalus injection,Shenmai injection,Xiaoaiping injection combined with CHOP chemotherapy scheme and simple CHOP chemotherapy scheme was statistically significant.The top three are Kanglaite injection,Shenqi Fuzheng injection and Compound Kushen injection.Study on chemotherapy-related side effects: Xiaoaiping injection is the best in preventing and treating thrombocytopenia,Shenmai injection in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting,Kang ’ai injection in preventing and treating liver injury and compound Kushen injection in preventing and treating leucopenia.Conclusion:1.Compared with chemotherapy alone,Chinese medicine injections combined with chemotherapy can enhance the curative effect.2.The chemotherapy scheme based on CHOP combined with Kanglaite injection has obvious advantages in improving the clinical effective rate,clinical control rate and quality of life of patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.3.The chemotherapy scheme based on CHOP,Xiaoaiping injection in preventing and treating thrombocytopenia,Shenmai injection in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting,Kang ’ai injection in preventing and treating liver injury and compound Kushen injection in preventing and treating leukopenia are the best.
