Application Research On Thoughts In Formula Formation Of Yiguan Decoction And Its Prevention Liver Disease

Purpose: Yiguan Decoction was first recorded in “The Cases of Continuing Famous Medicines”,it is the crystallization of Wei Zhi Xiu’s clinical thoughts,is widely used in the treatment of liver diseases in modern times.Through the discussion of Yiguan Decoction’s formula,combined with the application of modern data mining technology,excavate the clinical symptoms,signs,additions and subtractions of prescriptions and other items of Yiguan Decoction’s treatment of liver diseases,aiming at its Pathogenesis,main symptoms,and prescriptions.Carry out analysis and research on the law,explore the formula of Yiguan Decoction and its law of syndromes and treatment in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases,and provide an objective basis for the clinical application of Yiguan Decoction for treatment of diseases to improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:Through searching Chinese database such as CNKI,Duxiu databases,combines with consulting the paper books in the library of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medical records of Yiguan Decoction for the treatment of liver diseases were obtained and carried out.Sorting,and entering the effective data in the medical records into the Microsoft Excel table to construct the medical records database.Use relevant statistical software to carry out frequency analysis,association rules,cluster analysis,excavate and analyze the symptoms,signs,prescriptions and other content in medical records,and combine Yiguan Decoction’s prescription thought to explore the clinical application of Yiguan Juan for liver diseases.Results: 1.Discuss the background of Yiguan Decoction’s prescription and its formulation ideas;2.Data mining results: 2.1 General information: Yiguan Decoction is used in the treatment of liver diseases in all age groups,and appears in the 40-49 age group.The frequency is the highest,followed by the30-39 and 50-59 age groups.The total frequency of these three age groups is77.65%.The incidence difference between men and woman is obvious,the ratio is about 1.83.1.2.2 Results of frequency analysis: Symptoms and signs:There are a total of 100 symptoms and signs involved in this study.The high-frequency symptoms that appear are hypochondriac pain,and the nature of the pain is mainly dull pain and swelling.Pain,dry mouth,fatigue,loss of appetite,insomnia,constipation,dizziness,abdominal distension,upset,bitter mouth,yellow erine,weight loss,backache,weak legs,hot hands and feet,etc;high-frequency tougue is red tougue,less coating,yellow coating,dry tongue,peeling coating;pulse condition is mainly thin and fine pukse.○2 Drugs:Through frequency and frequency statistics of prescription drugs in 183 medical records,195 drugs were shared.In all medical records,the original prescription drugs appear the most frequently,with a frequency of more than87%.Expect for the Yiguan Decoction original prescription drugs,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Curcuma aromatica,Radix bupleuri,Carapax Trionycis,Fructus Schisandrae,Spine date seed,Poria Cocos,Cortex Moutan,Gardenia Jasminoides,Corydalis Yanhusuo Chinese drugs appear more frequently,with a frequency of more than 10%.○3 Syndrome type: The syndrome type of Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of liver disease is mainly liver and kidney yin deficiency(51.19%)and liver yin deficiency(26.19%).Therefore,the pathogenesis of Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of liver diseases in mainly based on yin deficiency,often combined with it.The symdromes of stagnation of liver,statis,heat,damp heat,and loss of liver collaterals are the criteria,2.3Association rule results: ○1 Symptoms and signs association item set: Set support to 25%,confidence level of 80%,and get 56 association item sets,including 26 second-order associations,26 third-order associations,and 4fourth-order asscociations.The main associated syndromes are: dry mouth,fatigue,loss of appetite,dull pain,insomnia,mouth pain,upset,abdominal distension,dizziness,yellow urine,constipation,less moss,and narrow pulse.○2 Drug-related item set: set the support degree to 10%,and the confidence,and get the symptom drug=> the drug-related group has 68 groups,and there are 20 items in the original drug-related item set.The highest correlation is Rehmannia glutinosa => wolfberry.2.4 Cluster analysis results: through the systematic clustering of high frequency(frequency>15)symptoms and signs,8 clinically meaningful cluster combinations were obtaines.Conclusion: Wei Zhi Xiu believes that all liver diseases are rooted in liver-yin deficiency,child disease and mother-to—child disease with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndromes,which cause clinically complex syndrome types and symptoms.It respects classic theories such as “Internal Classics”and “Typhoid fever”,and follows the principles of nourishing water to contain wood,nourishing gold to make wood,and cultivating soil to benefit wood,creating Yiguan Decoction for the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency.The main syndromes of Yiguan Decoction are liver-yin deficiency and liver-kidney yin deficiency.The core symptoms of clinical manisfestations are hypochondriac pain and red tongue,and the main symptoms are dry mouth,fatigue,loss of appetite,dull pain,insomnia,etc.In clinical practice,Yiguan Decoction should be based on the syndrome of lier-yin deficiency,infer the Etiology and Pathogenesis of clinical diseases from the mechanism of viscera systemization,and give corresponding Chinese drugs such as Radix Paeoniae Alba,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Curcuma aromatica,Radix bupleuri,Carapax Trionycis,Fructus Schisandrae,Spine date seed etc.are added and subtracted.
