Study On The Clinical Effect Of Fuzheng Xiaocai Granules On Postoperative CRC

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoai granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer after operation,and the changes of intestinal mucosal lesion and pathological examination under blue laser enteroscopy,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoai granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with CRC.Methods: 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control groupand treatment group.The control group was treated with m FOLFOX6 chemotherapy,and the treatment group was treated with Fuzhengxiaoai granule for24 weeks.The changes of symptoms,BLI colonoscopy and pathological results were recorded and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The general data of patients are comparable.2.Comparison of KPS score:(1)KPS score of the two groups before and after treatment: there was no significant difference in the total score of the treatment group after treatment with that before treatment,but the total score of the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment.(2)KPS score of the two groups after treatment: the total score of the treatment group after treatment was higher than that of the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of TCM clinical syndromes:(1)There was no significant difference in symptom scores of nausea,vomiting,appetite,fatigue,diarrhea and neurotoxicity between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)After treatment: Compared with the TCM clinical syndrome scores of the two groups,the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).(3)Comparison of the total clinical syndrome scores between the two groups:the total syndrome scores of the control group after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);The total syndrome score in the treatment group was similar to that before treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).After treatment,the total syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of efficacy of BLI enteroscopy on intestinal mucosa: After 12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of BLI under colonoscopy was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of pathological efficacy: after 12 weeks and 24 weeks of treatment,the score of histopathological efficacy in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).conclusion:1.Fuzheng Xiaocancer granules combined with chemotherapy drugs can reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs to patients after CRC operation,so as to improve the tolerance of patients to chemotherapy.2.Fuzheng Xiaocancer granules combined with chemotherapy drugs can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of intestinal mucosal inflammation and polyps after colorectal cancer operation.
