| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of yixin tongmai ointment by observing the effects of related laboratory indicators and TCM syndromes of patients in coronary heart disease(syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis),and to discuss its mechanism and principle.Method:50 patients diagnosed with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 25 patients in each treatment group and control group in this study. The control group received standardized treatment with western medicine, and the treatment group received yixintongmai ointment on this basis for a total of four weeks. The changes of angina pectoris efficacy, nitroglycerin stopping rate, electrocardiogram efficacy,TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy, blood lipid level and c-reactive protein content before and after treatment were observed and compared in the treatment group and the control group, and statistical analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of yixintongmai ointment in the treatment of stable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease by "yiqi and invigorating spleen, removing blood stasis and removing phlegm".Finally,SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and draw a conclusion.Results:(1)Efficacy evaluation of angina pectoris: both groups can relieve angina symptoms after treatment and the comparison of SAP efficacy between the two groups has a statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group is better than the control group in alleviating angina symptoms.(2)Efficacy evaluation of nitroglycerine stopping therapy: the dosage of nitroglycerin could be reduced in both groups after treatment, and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically tested which indicated that the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Evaluation of ECG efficacy: there was no statistically significant difference in ecg efficacy between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that there was no difference in the improvement of ecg efficacy between the two groups.(4)TCM syndrome score evaluation: statistical calculation showed that both groups could reduce TCM syndrome score after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group of TCM symptom score improved significantly better than the control group.(5)Efficacy evaluation of TCM syndromes: there were statistically significant differences in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes.(6)Evaluation of lipid improvement: patients in the two groups showed statistically significant improvement in lipid index(P < 0.05)after treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the content of TC and LDL-C which means the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)Evaluation of C-reactive protein content: the serum c-reactive protein content in both groups could be reduced, which was statistically significant(P < 0.05)after treatment, and the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the level of c-reactive protein with statistical significance(P <0.05).(8)Safety: there was no statistically significant difference in the safety observation indexes between the two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05),indicating that yixintongmai ointment combined with western medicine therapy would not increase its toxic and side effects. Conclusion:Yixin Tongmai cream combined with conventional western medicine treatment can improve clinical efficacy of SAP and improve TCM syndromes, regulate blood lipid metabolism function, reduce c-reactive protein content, and have no adverse side effects in clinical observation, which is worthy of promotion. |
