Objectives:On the basis of reviewing the background of diet and health in the Tang Dynasty,collect,sort,summarize and analyze the prescriptions and foods of representative monographs on diet and health in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the Tang Dynasty,discuss the characteristics of diet and health in TCM in the Tang Dynasty,in order to form a TCM diet and health theory with characteristics in the Tang Dynasty,And provide a useful reference and basis for the diet and health preservation of modern society.Methods:Consult the Zhongguo Zhongyi Guji Zongmu and other materials,and retrieve the representative monographs on diet and health in traditional Chinese medicine that were written in 618-907 and named after "diet therapy","food treatment","food medicine",and "diet".The first is to standardize and organize the monographs that record prescriptions,divide the prescriptions into food and medicine,analyze the frequency,nature,taste,meridian of the food and medicine,and the formulation of the prescription,and use the Apriori algorithm to find the composition of the prescription.The second is to standardize the monographs that record food,to classify the frequency of the food,and to count the four qi,five flavors,and return of the food.Results:A total of four monographs on diet and health of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Tang Dynasty were selected,namely Shi Liao Ben Cao,Shi Yi Xin Jian,Bei Ji Qianjin Yao Fang-Shi Zhi and Qianjin Yi Fang·Yanglao Shiliao.1.The statistical results of Shi Yi Xin Jian:A total of 206 prescriptions were included,involving 158 kinds of food and drugs,and the total frequency of use was 532 times.Among them,108 kinds of food(accounting for 86.38%)and 50 kinds of medicine(accounting for 13.62%).The four qi of food and medicine are mainly warm,accounting for 44.81%and 34.43%of the four qi respectively;the five flavors are mainly sweet,accounting for 45.74%and 42.42%of the five flavors respectively;the main meridian of food is the stomach meridian(Accounting for 26.65%),the main meridian of the drug is the liver meridian(accounting for 21.70%).13 kinds of condiments(accounting for 37.34%)are used in food,and pepper is the most used;grains are used 18 kinds(26.14%),and japonica rice is used most;five kinds of livestock are used 34 kinds(accounting for 17.63%),and chicken is the most used;Five kinds of vegetables use 32 kinds(accounting for 14.73%),with raw rehmannia glutinosa used most;five kinds of fruits use 11 kinds(accounting for 4.15%),and tangerine peel is the most used.There are 10 dosage forms,mainly porridge,used 65 times(accounting for 31.55%).Based on the analysis of association rules,10 commonly used food and drug combinations were obtained,including pepper-salt,pepper-salt-green onion,and green onion-salt-prickly ash,and pepper,salt,and green onion have a strong correlation.2.The statistical results of Qianjin Yi Fang·Yanglao Shiliao:A total of 16 prescriptions were included,involving 68 kinds of food and drugs,and the total frequency of use was 132 times.Among them,35 kinds of food(accounting for 60.61%),33 kinds of drug use(accounting for 39.39%).The four qi of food and medicine are mainly warm,accounting for 35.00%and 59.18%of the respective four qi respectively;the five flavors are mainly sweet,accounting for 53.64%and 47.95%of the respective five flavors respectively;the main flow of food is the lung meridian(accounting for 22.86%),the main meridian of the medicine is kidney meridian(accounting for 28.57%).Eight kinds of condiments(accounting for 30.00%)are used in food,with wine being the most used;eight kinds of five vegetables(accounting for 25.00%)are used,ginseng and rehmannia glutinosa are the most used;11 kinds of food are used(accounting for 23.75%),and sheep Bone is used the most;five cereals are used(accounting for 17.50%),sesame oil is the most used;five fruits are used 2(accounting for 3.75%),and raspberries are used the most.There are 5 kinds of dosage forms,mainly decoction and honey ointment,all of which are used 5 times(each accounting for 31.25%).Based on the analysis of association rules,10 commonly used food and medicine combinations are obtained,including scallion-lamb bone and mutton bone-scallion-white,and sheep bone and scallion have a strong correlation.3.The statistical results of Shi Liao Ben Cao:A total of 300 kinds of food are loaded and used 300 times.Among them,five animal types were used 117 times(accounting for 39.00%),five vegetable foods were used 102 times(accounting for 34.00%),five-fruit foods were used 41 times(accounting for 13.67%),and grains were used 24 times(accounting for 8.00%),Condiments were used 16 times(accounting for 5.33%).The four qi of food are mainly cold and flat(both accounted for 29.33%),the five flavors are mainly sweet(accounting for 48.62%),and the spleen meridian is dominated by the spleen meridian(accounting for 19.15%).4.The statistical results of Bei Ji Qianjin Yao Fang·Shi Zhi:A total of 223 kinds of food were loaded and used 223 times.Among them,five animals were used 90 times(accounting for 40.36%),five vegetables were used 67 times(accounting for 30.04%),five fruits and grains were used 25 times(accounting for 11.21%each),and condiments were used 16 times(accounting for 7.17%).The four qi of food are mainly temperate(accounting for 35.87%),the five flavors are mainly sweet(accounting for 50.84%),and the spleen meridian is the main channel of return(accounting for 19.59%).Conclusions:1.The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diet in the Tang Dynasty:(1)It is sweet to replenish it and nourish the day after tomorrow.The five flavors of food and medicine are mainly sweet,and are used together with food and medicine that are warm in nature and return to the spleen meridian to protect the spleen and stomach.(2)Wenyang fills the essence,so that the congenital is safe.Warming and nourishing the kidney yang and replenishing the kidney and replenishing essence are used together to protect the innate with food.(3)Rich in variety and harmonious smell.The food is rich in variety,and the smell is all-round.(4)The dosage forms are diverse,and the effectiveness is the best.The various dosage forms are not only rich in taste,but also have comprehensive effects,which are suitable for different people to eat.(5)Food and nutrition are the mainstay,and medicine is the same.Food regimen is based on gentle regulation and supplementation,medicine regimen is supplemented by disease treatment and disease treatment,and medicine regimen is an effective supplement to food and nutrition.2.The guiding value of traditional Chinese medicine diet in the Tang Dynasty to modern society:(1)Seasoning and prevention,supplemented by grains.Condiments can be used to get rid of pathogens,and supplemented with grains and foods to help healthy qi.(2)Five animal nutrition,meat and vegetable collocation.Five animal foods have richer nutritional value,but they also need a combination of meat and vegetables to prevent the occurrence of diseases.(3)Comprehensive adjustments,no preference.Grains,fruits,vegetables and condiments can provide the human body with comprehensive nutrition,and longevity and health can only be achieved if there is no partial eclipse.(4)People-oriented,flexible food selection.Diet regimen should consider factors such as the individual’s age and geographical environment,and choose appropriate diet regimens for different characteristics.
