Professor Han Xinmin’s Experience In Treatment Of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Based On Data Mining Technology

ObjectBy collecting the cases of Professor HanXinmin in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),using the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,mining the relevant information of syndrome types,symptoms,prescriptions,etc.and constructing the network relationship diagram,in order to realize the visualization of Professor Han’s treatment of ADHD,so as to inherit Professor Han’s experience and make prescriptions for clinical treatment of ADHD,basic research of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine The research and development of the preparation can provide reference.MethodsCollecting the cases of children with ADHD during the consultation of Professor Han at the Department of Pediatrics of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2019.12.01 to 2020.12.01.Extract the patient’s name,gender,age,symptoms,tongue coating,pulse condition,Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis,prescriptions and other information,and use Excel to build a patient information database.After standardized processing and data cleaning of the information in the database,it is entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform.After entering into the platform,the statistical report system and data analysis system which are included in the platform were used to make statistics on the frequency of drugs,four natures and five flavors of prescriptions,syndrome types,symptoms and signs.Association rule analysis,unsupervised entropy clustering and improved mutual information method were used to get high-frequency drug combinations and new prescriptions.Results1.Overall:A total of 234 newly diagnosed cases were enrolled,and the types of syndromes included:Heart and liver fire syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction syndrome,spleen deficiency and liver prosperity syndrome,heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,phlegm-fire internal disturbance syndrome,phlegm-qi exchange Obstruction and lack of heart.Symptoms that appear more frequently include:Inattention,impatience,irritability,procrastination,impulsivity and willfulness,difficulty sitting still,etc.The most frequently used drugs include:Angelica,Yizhiren,Polygala,Shichangpu,Reed Root,Magnet,Pinellia ternata,Chrysanthemum,Scutellaria,Bupleurum,etc.Of all the drugs,cold drugs were the most(44.6%),and Weixin drugs were the most(35.6%).More drugs belong to the liver,heart,and lung meridians.The most commonly used combinations of drugs are:Angelica,Polygala,Shichangpu;Polygala,Shichangpu;Bupleurum,Scutellaria;Angelica,Polygala,Shichangpu;Pinellia,Polygala,Shichangpu,etc.Under the condition of 50%support,a combination of drugs:Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Turmeric,Shichangpu,Chrysanthemum,Polygala,Angelica,Yizhiren,Pinellia,Magnet,Reed Root.According to the entropy cluster mining method of complex systems,5 core drug combinations are obtained,and 5 new prescriptions are obtained accordingly.2.Level:A total of 166 cases of heart and liver fire syndrome were included.The more frequent symptoms include:Inattention,irritability,procrastination,difficulty sitting still,impulsive and self-willedness,etc.The most frequently used drugs include:Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Shichangpu,Angelica,Pinellia ternata,Polygala,Chrysanthemum,Magnet,Yizhiren.Reed root,etc.Of all the drugs,cold drugs were the most(48.4%),and Weixin drugs were the most(39.5%).Most drugs belong to the liver,lungs,and heart meridians.Commonly used drug combinations are:Bupleurum,Scutellaria;Polygala,Shichangpu;Scutellaria,Shichangpu,etc.Under the condition of 80%support,the core prescriptions are obtained:Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Polygala,Shichangpu,Chrysanthemum,Magnet,Angelica,Yizhiren,Pinellia,Reed root.According to the entropy cluster mining method of complex systems,7 core drug combinations were obtained,and 7 new prescriptions were obtained accordingly.A total of 35 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were included.The more frequent symptoms were:Inattention,procrastination,irritability,impulsiveness,and difficulty sitting still,etc.The drugs that are used more frequently are:Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Yizhiren,Angelica,Reed Root,Moutan Bark,Licorice,Poria,Albizia Bark,Chinese Yam,etc.Among all drugs,cold drugs are the most(43.6%),and sweet drugs are the most(38.3%).Most drugs belong to the liver,heart,and kidney meridians.Commonly used drug combinations are:Rehmannia,Yizhiren,Angelica;Rehmannia,Moutan Bark,Yizhiren,Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Alba,etc.Under the condition of 50%support,the core prescriptions are obtained:Rehmannia glutinosa,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Angelica,Dogwood,Moutan Bark,Chrysanthemum,Gastrodia,Magnet,Polygala,Shichangpu,Yizhiren,Albizia Bark,Boziren,Yam,Poria cocos,Reed root,licorice.According to the entropy cluster mining method of complex systems,13 core drug combinations were obtained,and 13 new prescriptions were obtained accordingly.A total of 27 cases of spleen deficiency syndrome were included.The more frequent symptoms were:Inattention,procrastination,loss of appetite,difficulty sitting still,irritability,etc.The more frequently used drugs are:Yizhiren,White Peony,Tangerine Peel,Poria,Atractylodes,Reed Root,Shichangpu,Polygala,Licorice,Pseudostellaria chinensis,etc.Among all the drugs,the temperature drugs were the most(43.1%),and the sweet drugs were the most(35.8%).Most of the drugs belong to the spleen,lung and stomach meridians.Commonly used drug combinations include:Yizhiren,Radix Paeoniae Alba;Tangerine Peel,Radix Paeoniae Alba;Tangerine Peel,Yizhiren and so on.Under the condition of 50%support,the core prescriptions are obtained:Pseudostellaria,Atractylodes,Poria,Licorice,Tangerine Peel,Coix Seed,White Peony,Polygala,Shichangpu,Yizhiren,Reed Root.According to the complex system entropy clustering mining method,8 core drug combinations are obtained,and 8 new prescriptions are obtained accordingly.ConclusionThe clinical experience of Professor Han in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is summarized through data mining technology,including:early detection,early identification,and early intervention should be achieved in disease differentiation;syndrome differentiation should first identify deficiency and excess,and then visceral organs;treatment actually reduces Heart,liver and deficiency regulate the spleen and kidney.These experiences are worthy of further in-depth study,promotion and application.
