Through the methods of literature research and interviews,this topic collects and analyzes the relevant data of Mr.Yang Changsen comprehensively.It is studied from three parts:Mr.Yang Changsen and the inheritance of Chengjiang acupuncture school,Mr.Yang Changsen’s academic and educational thoughts.First of all,this research combs the formation and development process of Chengjiang acupuncture school,excavates the contribution of Chengjiang acupuncture school to modern acupuncture academic theory and modern acupuncture education,and then introduces the inheritance relationship between Mr.Yang Changsen and Chengjiang acupuncture school from the perspective of academic experience and academic origin.Secondly,Yang Changsen’s academic thought is introduced.Yang Changsen attaches great importance to the combination of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and meridian differentiation.Proposing disease differentiation can broaden the mind and choose the best treatment for patients.The results of syndrome differentiation can guide the selection of external treatment methods and the selection of reinforcing and reducing.Syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals is of guiding significance for acupuncture point selection.Mr.Yang Changsen is good at choosing different treatment methods according to the needs of the disease,or acupuncture,or moxibustion,or medicine,or bloodletting,or both,in order to shorten the course of the disease,reduce the patient’s suffering.From the perspective of "light reinforcing and heavy reducing",this paper analyzes six reinforcing and reducing methods,such as breathing,Xuji,twirling,lifting and inserting,retaining needles,opening and closing,and briefly describes the differences among "Deqi","Qizhi" and "Shouqi".Finally,it introduces Yang Changsen’s educational thought.Yang Changsen attached importance to the establishment of students’ correct medical ethics,and asked them to be attentive and practical.Yang Changsen started from cultivating the reading ability of TCM classics and improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment,innovated the compilation of teaching materials,improved the curriculum system,and put forward the suggestion of introducing mentoring education in modern higher medical education to learn from each other’s strengths.
