| Objective:To establish the model of food allergy in young rats with SD and to observe the effect of Yunpi Wenyang recipe on serum specific IgE,IFN-λ,IL-4 and other related indexes in young rats with SD,so as to explain the therapeutic effect of Yunpi Wenyang recipe on young rats with food allergy,so as to provide experimental basis and data support for clinical treatment of food allergy in pediatrics.Methods:40 healthy SPF female SD rats weaned at the age of 3 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups:high,middle and low dose of traditional Chinese medicine group,model group and blank group,with 8 rats in each group.After 3 days of adaptive feeding,each rat in the high,middle and low dose group and model group was given intraperitoneal injection of 0.2mlOVA suspension on D0 day,intraperitoneal injection of low concentration OVA solution on D2,4,7,9 and 11 days,and intragastric administration of high dose OVA solution on D20,24,28,30 days.At the same time,the blank group was given intraperitoneal injection and intragastric administration of 0.9%normal saline of the same dose.From D20 to D30,the high,middle and low dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine were given high and low dose of Yunpi Wenyang recipe respectively,and 0.9%normal saline was given to the model group and blank group.Once a day for 11 consecutive days.The levels of serum specific IgE,IFN-λ and IL-4 were detected by ELISA.Statistical methods were used to analyze and process the data.Results:1.Before the intervention of Yunpi Wenyang recipe,the levels of serum specific IgE and IL-4 in the high,middle and low dose groups and the model group increased,while the level of IFN-λ decreased,compared with the blank group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.After the intervention of Yunpi Wenyang recipe,the levels of specific IgE and IL-4 in the high,middle and low dose groups decreased and the level of IFN-λ increased,compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference compared with the blank group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the SD rat model of food allergy,the levels of serum specific IgE and IL-4 increased and the level of IFN-λ decreased.2.Yunpi Wenyang recipe can effectively reduce the level of specific IgE and IL-4 and increase the level of IFN-λ,Thus play a role in the treatment of food allergies. |
